Abstract

Der Klemmblock zum Festspannen von Werkstücken oder Werkzeugen ermöglicht bei Anwendung als Träger für Werkstücke mit Teilbearbeitungsaufgaben oder als Spann­ mittel für Austauschwerkzeuge einen raschen und präziese reproduzierbaren Wechsel des einzuspannenden Gegenstandes (7) vorzunehmen. Der Klemmblock mit einer Blockbasis (1) und einer dazu verschiebbar beweglichen Klemmbacke (5) enthält eine feste Klemmbacke (3) und Mittel (4, 4.2) zum wenigstens angenäherten Parallelführen der beweglichen Klemmbacke (5) relativ zur Blockbasis. Diese besitzt eine im wesentlichen L-förmige Gestalt mit zwei etwa gleich­ langen Schenkeln (1.1, 1.2). Der eine davon trägt die feste Klemmbacke (3) und einen nasenförmigen Stützab­ schnitt (4) mit einer keilförmigen Steuerfläche (4.2) für die bewegliche Klemmbacke (5), während der andere einen tischförmigen Abschnitt (8) aufweist, an dem Mittel zur Seiten- und Querführung der beweglichen Klemmbacke (5) abgestützt sind.
