Claims (5)
- Matelas antiescarres de décubitus, comprenant des coussins d'air qui sont disposés d'une manière symétrique l'un de l'autre vis-à-vis du plan médian (16) orienté suivant la direction longitudinale du matelas, mais perpendiculaire au plan de ce dernier, dont l'épaisseur diminue vers le plan médian (16) et qui sont reliés à un poste de pompage (18) de façon à pouvoir être gonflés et vidés d'une manière alternée, ce matelas étant caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'une couche de base en matière cellulaire (1) élastique, mais solide, d'une couche de recouvrement (20) souple en comparaison de la couche de base, d'une couche d'encadrement (2, 3) élastique, disposée entre ces couches, et d'une âme située entre toutes ces parties constitutives et comportant les coussins d'air, ces coussins d'air reposant à plat sur la couche de base (1), un groupe de trois coussins étant disposé sur chacun des deux côtés du plan médian (16), les deux groupes de coussins étant agencés de façon à pouvoir pivoter d'au moins 90° l'un vis-à-vis de l'autre à l'état rempli d'air et étant reliés au poste de pompage (18) de façon que les coussins (6) d'un groupe puissent être gonflés et vidés en commun, mais d'une manière indépendante des coussins (7) de l'autre groupe.
- Matelas antiescarres de décubitus suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poste de pompage (18) est pourvu d'un appareil de commande (17) au moyen duquel, après mise en service de l'appareil de commande et remplissage de tous les coussins d'air, chacun des trois cycles suivants de pompage peut être répété un nombre de fois illimité :cycle A :a) vidage d'un premier des groupes de coussins d'air,b) gonflage de ce premier groupe de coussins d'air,cycle B :a) vidage du second groupe de coussins d'air,b) gonflage de ce second groupe de coussins d'air,cycle C :tandis que des temps de repos, qui sont librement programmables et dont la durée, pouvant atteindre 30 minutes, peut être sélectionnée, peuvent être interposés entre les différentes phases et la répétition des différents cycles et que la vitesse de gonflage et de vidage est réglable de façon qu'on puisse sélectionner des temps de gonflage et de vidage compris entre 60 et 180 secondes, de préférence entre 120 et 180 secondes.a) vidage du premier groupe de coussins d'air,b) gonflage de ce premier groupe de coussins d'air,c) vidage du second groupe de coussins d'air,d) gonflage de ce second groupe de coussins d'air,
- Matelas antiescarres de décubitus suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'état rempli d'air, les coussins d'air ont une hauteur maximale comprise entre 14 et 16 cm, ainsi qu'un angle de coin compris entre 16° et 20°.
- Matelas antiescarres de décubitus suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce qu'il a une hauteur au maximum égale à 26 cm.
- Matelas antiescarres de décubitus suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'âme comporte une pièce rapportée qui est constituée de matière cellulaire souple et repose sur tous les coussins d'air et dont l'épaisseur diminue du milieu vers les bords longitudinaux.
