Definitions
- the invention relates to a modular building system for the function command and message or the function message only for an elevator in a building at risk of explosion.
- a command and signaling element for elevators in explosive buildings which consists of a pressure switch arranged in a housing with a light indicator, a first housing a key for entering commands and / or for displaying Has control messages, and wherein a second housing, not shown, has switching elements of a circuit arrangement for processing electrical control messages and for converting electrical control messages into optical control messages, and wherein a light guide provided for forwarding the optical control messages to the key is arranged in the first housing.
- the disadvantage of the known device is that a circuit arrangement is required for each command and signaling element, which causes additional investment and maintenance costs. Another disadvantage is that when the pressure switch is actuated, no clear switching state triggered by a step function can be determined, which leads to incorrect or no control commands.
- the invention seeks to remedy this.
- the invention as characterized in the claims, solves the problem of creating a command and notification element that today's Lifts in potentially explosive buildings.
- 1 denotes a first housing and 2 denotes a second housing.
- a button 3 is arranged on the front of the first housing 1, into which a bar-shaped magnifying glass 4 is embedded over the entire width.
- the button 3 is carried by a base plate 5 lying in the first housing 1, which has an inner actuating bracket 6.
- the movement of the button 3 is transmitted via the actuating bracket 6 to a plunger 7 of an explosion-proof switch 8 fastened to the second housing 2.
- the command triggered by a step function of the switch 8 is forwarded to the elevator control system via a first cable 9.
- a compression spring 11 which is guided at one end in a second recess 10 and at the other end on the base plate 5, brings the key 3 back to the rest position.
- the switching elements of the circuit arrangement according to FIG. 7 are arranged on a circuit board, not shown, which is held in the second housing 2 by guides, not shown. On the front of the second housing 2 there are light-emitting diodes 12; 13; 14; 15; 16 out. After the test and installation of the circuit board, the second housing 2 is cast with casting resin from the rear side.
- the circuit arrangement according to FIG. 7 receives the light emitting diodes 12; 13; 14; 15; 16 control messages to be visualized via a second cable 17 from the elevator control.
- a first recess 18 in the first housing 1 connects to the light-emitting diodes 12; 13; 14; 15; 16 on.
- the first housing 1 has a collar 20 with holes on the front for fastening.
- the housing 1; 2 are on mounting tabs 21; 22 screwed together.
- a push button 23 is symbolized below the bar-shaped magnifying glass 4 with a circular depression in the button 3.
- the remaining area on button 3 is intended for use-specific information such as floor numbers, door closing or door opening symbols etc.
- the signaling element shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 as a variant of the command and signaling element is essentially constructed in the same way as the signaling and signaling element in FIGS of the first housing 1 fixed.
- the area below the bar-shaped magnifying glass 4 is intended for use-specific information such as operating conditions, error or fault messages, etc.
- the explosion-proof switch 8 is not required for the signaling element variant.
- the circuit arrangement shown in FIG. 7 consists on the input side of a protective diode 25 connected to the anode at a terminal labeled +, the cathode of which is connected to a limiting resistor 26 and a parallel connection of two Zener diodes 27; 28 is connected. At the other end are the Zener diodes 27; 28 to a - designated terminal, the limiting resistor 26 to a two-branch, output-side parallel connection connected to the terminal - in connection.
- the first branch of the parallel connection on the output side consists of a series connection of a first light-emitting diode 12, a second light-emitting diode 13, a third light-emitting diode 14, a fourth light-emitting diode 15, a fifth light-emitting diode 16, a first transistor 29 and an emitter resistor 30.
- the output-side Parallel connection is a collector resistor 31 in series with a second transistor 32.
- the base of the first transistor 29 is located on the collector of the second transistor 32.
- the base of the second transistor 32 is located on the emitter of the first transistor 29.
- the purpose of the parallel connection on the output side is at a strongly fluctuating input voltage U through the current the LEDs 12; 13; 14; 15; 16 to keep constant in order to ensure a constant lighting effect on the beam-shaped magnifying glass 4.
