Abstract

Beim Umspulen von Ablaufspulen auf Kreuzspulen an Spulvorrichtungen eines Spulautomaten können dann, wenn nur noch wenige Garnlagen auf der Hülse der Ablaufspule vorhanden sind, Schwierigkeiten beim Abziehen des Fadens auftreten, die sich in Fadenverhakungen und in deren Folge als Spannungsbrüche äußern.
Zur Überwindung dieser Schwierigkeiten wird ein Verfahren zur Erkennung von Ablaufspulen vorgestellt, deren Ablaufeigenschaften einer vorgebbaren Güte nicht entsprechen. Dazu wird die Spulgeschwindigkeit gemessen und ein Fadenbruch in Relation zur Spulgeschwindigkeit zur Erkennung der Güte der Ablaufspule herangezogen und bei Unterschreiten der vorgegebenen Güte die entsprechende Ablaufspule ausgeworfen und mit einer neuen Ablaufspule der Spulvorgang fortgeführt.
Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens sieht eine Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (11) vor, in der das Spulgeschwindigkeitssignal bis zu einer vorgebbaren Spulgeschwindigkeit und das Fadenbruchsignal eingebbar sind. Die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (11) erzeugt dann ein Signal und gibt es ab, wenn das Signal der Spulgeschwindigkeit unterhalb des vorgebbaren Spulensignals und das Fadenbruchsignal gleichzeitig anstehen.
