Abstract

Zur Herstellung der zweiseitig gequetschten Metall­ halogenidhochdruckentladungslampe (19) werden folgende Arbeitsgänge ausgeführt: Vorformen des Entladungsge­ fäßes (6) durch Einrollen mit N₂-Staudruckspülung, Einspannen in eine Quetschvorrichtung, Einführen des ersten Eo-Systems (7, 8, 9, 10), wobei die Stromzu­ führung (9) zickzackförmig geknickt und an der Innen­ wand des Quarzrohres (1) selbsthalternd abgestützt ist, Herstellen der ersten Quetschung (12) mit Ar-Spülung, Hochvakuumglühen beim Einschleusen in die Glovebox, Einbringen der Füllsubstanzen (14, 15), Einführen des zweiten Eo-Systems (7, 8, 9, 10), Dicht­ schmelzen des offenen Rohrendes mit Plasmabrenner, Entnehmen aus der Glovebox, Herstellen der zweiten Quetschung (18) bei gleichzeitigem Kühlen des Entla­ dungsgefäßes (6), Entnehmen der Lampe (19) aus der Quetschvorrichtung und Entfernen der überstehenden Enden des Quarzrohres sowie ggf. der Enden der Strom­ zuführungen (9). Kein Pumprohr am Entladungsgefäß (6).
