Claims (7)

1. Traverse danseuse en béton utilisable pour deux écartements de voie (1, 2) sur laquelle les fixations de rails, avec lesquelles le patin du rail est enserré et maintenu sur la traverse (35) afin d'éviter tout déplacement latéral et basculement, sont ancrées dans la traverse de manière bien ajustée à l'aide de vis et/ou de chevilles; la traverse (35) présentant des éléments de palier saillants, placés au-dessus des niveaux des surfaces de contact au sol (5, 6, 9, 10) des patins du rail, intégrés dans la traverse, tels que bosses (16, 17) ou épaulements (28) respectivement à l'extérieur en tant que palier extérieur pour les patins du rail de la voie la plus grande (1) ainsi qu'à l'intérieur en tant que palier intérieur pour les patins du rail de la voie la plus petite (2), et des champs de déplacement plats (11, 12) pour chaque rail (3, 4), s'étendant respectivement du palier extérieur (13/1, 28/1) du patin du rail de la voie la plus grande (1) jusqu'au palier intérieur (14/2, 28/2) du patin du rail de la voie la plus petite (2), caractérisé par le fait que des constructions de palier prévues à cet effet sont déjà montées au-dessous de la surface de contact du patin du rail à la fabrication de la traverse, en tant que palier intérieur (14/1, 31/1) du patin du rail de la voie la plus grande (1) et en tant que palier extérieur (13/2, 31/2) du patin du rail de la voie la plus petite (2), et qui ne sont pas en saillie au-delà du niveau des surfaces de contact au sol (5, 6, 9, 10) des patins du rail des deux voies lors du déplacement des rails (3, 4); les surfaces portantes des rails nécessaires au montage des rails des deux voies se recoupant sur la surface de la traverse.
2. Traverse de chemin der fer, conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisée comme suit: une bosse (16, 17) en béton est uniquement disposée respectivement au niveau de la gorge extérieure (13/1) de la grande voie (1) à l'extérieur et au niveau de la gorge intérieure (14/2) de la petite voie (2) à l'intérieur et ce de telle manière que la surface de la gorge (13/1, 14/2) détournée de la zone de déplacement (11) passe en permanence dans la surface des bosses (16, 17) qui est tournée vers la zone de déplacement (11); en outre, une épaule de butée renforcée y est installée pour les plaques de guidage angulaire (15).
3. Traverse de chemin der fer, conforme aux revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée comme suit: des gorges (13/2, 14/1) situées à l'intérieur de la zone de déplacement (11) se trouvent à fleur de la surface de la traverse grâce à un remplissage (18) bien ajusté.
4. Traverse de chemin de fer conforme à la revendication 3 caractérisée comme suit: le remplissage de la gorge avec la couche intermédiaire élastique (19) peut être fabriqué en une seule pièce.
5. Traverse de chemin de fer, conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisée comme suit: des fixations connues en soi, comme les brides de ressort (27) et les épaules en acier (28, 29), sont utilisées; dans cette configuration au moins les épaules an acier intérieures sont divisibles (29) en une pièce d'ancrage (31) se trouvant à fleur du plan de la surface de déplacement (36) et en une pièce supérieure (30) pouvant être vissée sur la pièce d'ancrage.
6. Traverse de chemin de fer, conforme aux revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée comme suit:
seule la gorge extérieure (13/1) du plus grand écartement de voie (1) ainsi que la gorge intérieure (14/2) du plus petit écartement de voie (2) sont disposées à l'intérieur de la zone de déplacement (11),
pour tous les écartements de voie et pour toutes les positions de rail à l'intérieur de la zone de déplacement (11) il existe une butée extérieure (13/1, 16) et une butée intérieure (14/2, 17),
les plaques de guidage angulaire (15, 34) remplissent les espaces de différentes dimensions entre le patin du rail (3) et les deux épaules de butée à l'extérieur (13/1, 16) ou encore à l'intérieur (14/2, 17) de manière à peu près ajustée et commandée par l'influence du poids et elles présentent des dimensions différentes en fonction des espaces susmentionnés,
les plaques de guidage angulaire (34) rallongées et déviant de la version standard sont maintenues sur la surface de traverse, outre par le boulonnage standard (39), par au moins un boulonnage supplémentaire (40).
