Claims (18)

  1. Verfahren zur Verteilung von Paketen im Stadtbereich, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pakete zur Verteilung nach ihren Bestimmungsbezirken sortiert werden; daß die für einen Bezirk bestimmten Pakete in einen mit mindestens einer Tür (6, 7) versehenen geschlossenen Behälter (3) gegeben werden, der so bemessen ist, daß er sich leicht auf ein Fahrzeug (1) verladen und von diesem abladen läßt; daß der so gefüllte Behälter (3) vorzugsweise während der verkehrsarmen Stunden in den Bezirk gebracht wird, wo die in ihm enthaltenen Pakete verteilt werden sollen; daß der Behälter (3) auf einer zu seiner Aufnahme bestimmten Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10, 11) angeordnet wird, woraufhin sein Transportfahrzeug wieder frei wird; und daß dann die in dem Behälter enthaltenen Pakete mittels einer manuell auf dem Gehsteig bewegbaren Einrichtung, etwa eines Handwagens oder Karrens, zugestellt werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Behälter (3) verwendet wird, der auf dem Boden eine Fläche einnimmt, die im wesentlichen der eines Wagens entspricht.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (3) auf einem Kleinlaster transportiert wird, der mit einem unabhängigen Hebezeug zum Be- und Entladen des Behälters ausgerüstet ist.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (3) auf einem herkömmlichen Fahrzeug transportiert und zu dessen Be- und Entladen ein mit einem Hebezeug ausgerüstetes Spezialfahrzeug verwendet wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein mit einer Verriegelungseinrichtung ausgerüsteter Behälter (3) verwendet wird, wobei die Verriegelungseinrichtung mit einer an der Aufnahmeeinrichtung befestigten Verriegelungseinrichtung zusammenarbeitet, um ein Entfernen des Behälters von seiner Aufnahme durch Unbefugte zu verhindern.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung verwendet wird, die gegenüber der Straße erhaben ist oder Begrenzungen aufweist, um zu verhindern, daß Fahrzeuge auf der Aufnahmeeinrichtung parken, wenn diese nicht erfindungsgemäß benutzt wird.
  7. Verfahren zum Sammeln von Paketen im Stadtbereich, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gleiche Folge von Arbeitsvorgängen wie in Anspruch 1, jedoch in umgekehrter Reihenfolge, durchgeführt wird.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Behälter auf demselben Fahrzeug transportiert werden.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination folgender Merkmale: mehrere Behälter, deren jeder mindestens eine Tür aufweist und sich auf einem Fahrzeug anordnen läßt, sowie mehrere Aufnahmeeinrichtungen mit bodenfestem Standort, deren jede einen der Behälter aufnehmen kann.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Behälter (3) eine Aufhängeeinrichtung (5) zum Anheben aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behälter und Aufnahmeeinrichtungen mit zusammenarbeitenden Verriegelungseinrichtungen ausgerüstet sind, um ein Entfernen eines Behälters von seiner Aufnahme durch Unbefugte zu verhindern.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungseinrichtung von Riegeln gebildet wird, die zum Eingriff in entsprechende, an der Aufnahmeeinrichtung vorgesehene Öffnungen horizontal bewegbar sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anheben der Aufhängeeinrichtung (5) die Riegel aus den in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung vorgesehenen Öffnungen löst.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riegel durch einen Schlüssel oder Code in der in die Aufnahmeeinrichtung eingreifenden Stellung arretiert sind.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung Führungsmittel (11) aufweist, um das Aufsetzen des Behälters zu erleichtern.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung erhaben ist oder Begrenzungen aufweist, um zu verhindern, daß Fahrzeuge auf ihrer Fläche parken.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behälter zum Transport und zur Lagerung stapelbar sind.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behälter in gestapeltem Zustand miteinander verriegelt sind.
