Claims (6)
- Installation pour la fabrication de feuillard d'acier, constituée par une coquille de coulée (1) pour du feuillard d'acier, une série de cylindres (2,3) pour la compression et la soudure de croûtes (13) qui se solidifient sur les côtés larges et des galets de guidage (4, 5, 6) pour dévier le feuillard d'acier (14) dans un dispositif d'entraînement et de dressage (7) disposé horizontalement, caractérisée en ce que les galets de guidage (4, 5, 6) sont disposés directement sous la zone de compression (15) des cylindres de compression (2, 3) en quart de cercle autour de la face inférieure du corps de cylindre d'un cylindre de compression (3), à une certaine distance, ladite distance étant supérieure à l'épaisseur du feuillard d'acier (14) et en ce qu'ils forment en parcours de guidage se dirigeant vers le dispositif d'entraînement et de dressage (7).
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le rayon de courbure du parcours de guidage formé par les galets de guidage (4, 5, 6) est inférieur à 800 mm.
- Installation selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un écran thermique (19) est disposé entre le cylindre de compression (3) et les galets de guidage (4, 5, 6).
- Installation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'écran thermique (19) est une plaque en acier refroidie.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que des indicateurs de distance (20) sont disposés entre les galets de guidage (4, 5, 6) pour maintenir la position du feuillard d'acier (14).
- Procédé pour le fonctionnement d'une installation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse d'introduction dans le dispositif d'entraînement et de dressage (7), réglée en fonction de la vitesse d'extraction des cylindres de compression (2, 3), est corrigée lors de déviations du feuillard d'acier (14) par rapport à la position de référence sur les galets de guidage (4, 5, 6).
