Claims (9)
- Procédé pour appliquer des produits liquides, pâteux ou plastiques, notamment des matières thermoplastiques sur un support (1), le produit, fondu, chauffé étant appliqué à travers une embouchure en forme de fente (7) d'une tête d'alimentation (5) et à travers un cylindre perforé (3) sur le support (1) qui est dégagé par rapport au cylindre (3),
caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (3) est relié à une source d'énergie et est lui-même réalisé comme source de chaleur pour le produit. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'après dégagement du support (1), muni de son revêtement, par rapport au cylindre (3), on enlève les fils entre le revêtement et le cylindre (3).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on fait passer le support (1), revêtu, à travers une zone chaude (20) après son dégagement du cylindre (3).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on relie le support, muni de son revêtement, à une bande de matière, immédiatement après son dégagement du cylindre (3).
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on fait le vide dans les perforations du cylindre (3) avant le passage de l'embouchure en forme de fente (7).
- Dispositif pour appliquer des produits liquides, pâteux ou plastiques, notamment des matières thermoplastiques, sur un support (1) à l'aide d'une installation pour fondre ces substances et d'une tête d'alimentation (5) pour transférer les produits fondus sur le support (1) à travers un cylindre perforé (3) qui constitue avec un cylindre de contre-pression (4), un intervalle d'alimentation (8) et le produit (1) est dégagé du cylindre (9) ou analogue après l'avoir entouré partiellement, dispositif caractérisé en ce que le cylindre est relié directement à une source de courant (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (3) est relié à la source de courant (17) par l'intermédiaire de contacts de glissement (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une installation (19) prévue pour éliminer les fils est disposée dans la zone de dégagement du support (1) muni de son revêtement, par rapport au cylindre (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'installation (19) se compose d'un laser, d'une optique ou d'une lentille cylindrique avec focalisation linéaire.
