Definitions

  • the invention relates to a support structure for grandstands with seats, walkways, stairs, possibly railings and possibly roofs, with vertical supports and with horizontal and diagonal, connecting and supporting elements, the supports, the horizontal and diagonal connecting and support elements of scaffolding posts and / or scaffolding frames, horizontal girders, horizontal bolts, straight rods, couplings and associated components of a conventional scaffolding system, and where stepped cheek parts are provided for the stepped support of gangways and seats with connecting elements matched to the scaffolding system, in which lower and upper connections of the supports and horizontal distances of the supports correspond to the grid dimension of the scaffolding system and the cheek parts have vertically standing pipe sections, the distance of which corresponds to the distance between the rows of seats and the front and rear pipe sections with plug-in connectors hlüssen are equipped for connection to adjacent cheek parts or supports and the rear pipe section has at least one perforated connecting washer for the connection of scaffolding elements with connecting heads and securing elements that can be plugged onto the washer, and wherein horizontal beams designed as upright rectangular tubes are
  • a support structure for grandstands is known, which is constructed from conventional system scaffolding material and treats specially designed cheek parts for carrying running boards and seats according to the gradation. These cheek parts, which are quite stable in themselves, are relatively heavy and the supporting structure lacks some elements for the meaningful design of such stands.
  • cheek pieces are not suitable for use in grandstand systems, which are constructed from components that are otherwise common for scaffolding, since they are specially designed for the profile supports and the fastening of bench seats and walkways between the cheek pieces. It is particularly expedient for quick assembly, to put stand parts on top of each other and to fix the cross connections and diagonals with corresponding bolts with connection heads on perforated disks, which is not possible with this construction.
  • the invention has for its object to improve the supporting structures of such stands by appropriate design of easily manufactured and relatively light, but stable tools.
  • a lower horizontal support rectangular tube is provided, which extends over the entire grid dimension from the front vertical tube piece to the rear tube piece, onto which the middle seat support tube is welded in the middle and with a smaller, preferably rectangular, horizontal support between the middle seat support tube and the rear tube piece U-profile open to the top is provided and wherein step covers provided with two horizontal support legs are arranged between the planks, which have a substantially vertically extending connecting part.
  • the continuous lower horizontal girder together with a short horizontal girder further up the rear and preferably continuously welded-in U-profiles with low weight and simple construction, especially for the vertical elements made only from conventional pipes, results in a very stable structure that fits into the basic structure of a corresponding scaffolding system Training.
  • the grandstand 20 according to FIGS. 1 to 3 consists of a supporting structure 21 with benches 22 and planks 23 and a railing 24. It can additionally have roofs.
  • the grandstand is made up of a large number of parts that can be easily assembled and disassembled. Stairs 25 are also provided for the staircase, only one of which is shown here.
  • the supporting structure 21 consists of vertical supports 27, horizontal bars 28, diagonal bars 29, cheek parts 30 and foot pieces 31 and starting pieces 32 equipped with spindles. All elements except the cheek parts 30 belong to the usual structural parts of a scaffolding system.
  • the scaffolding system chosen here has a horizontal grid dimension R 1 of 157 mm. In the vertical, a grid dimension with a height H of 0.5 m is provided. At this distance perforated disks 34 are attached to the supports and the cheek parts.
  • a large part of the supports, horizontal beams and diagonal bars can be taken from the usual scaffolding programs. Sometimes different lengths and angles are required. These are not given special treatment because they can be built using conventional technology.
  • the basic structure of the supporting structure is set up like a conventional, well-known, universally applicable all-round scaffold. You have to choose the highest point of the grandstand seat and start here with height-adjustable foot pieces 31 and starting pieces 32 and horizontal bars 28 to build up the basic fields in the grid dimension, whereby the width grid dimension R 2 can deviate from the side grid dimension R 1, but suitably corresponds to the usual dimensions.
  • the starting pieces 32 and the supports 27 have the welded-on perforated disks 34 for the usual formation of node elements. Wedge-shaped connecting shoes of scaffolding elements are attached to these and secured with push-through wedges. The connection of horizontal bars 28 and diagonal bars 29 and other elements is carried out in the usual way.
  • corresponding separate frameworks are constructed with the side grid dimension R 1 of 1,572 mm and the width grid dimension R 2 of, for example, 2,527 mm.
  • the stairs 25 can in turn be set up with a grid dimension R 1 of 1,572 mm depending on the ground conditions.
  • the cheek parts 30 have a front vertical pipe section 40.1 and a rear vertical pipe section 40.2, which are spaced apart by the grid dimension R 1.
  • This advantageous exemplary embodiment involves round tubes with the diameters and wall thicknesses as they have the vertical supports 27.
  • the outer diameter can be 48.8 mm.
  • a horizontal support 41 is welded in between the lower ends of the pipe sections 40.1 and 40.2.
  • the horizontal support 41 is an upright rectangular tube. It is welded at a distance 49 to the lower end 49.1 of the vertical pipe sections 40.1 and 40.2.
  • the pipe sections 40.1 and 40.2 have push-through holes 35 in the region of their lower ends for pushing through locking pins.
  • a seat support tube 46 is welded vertically upright onto the upper wall of the horizontal support 41.
  • an upwardly open U-profile 44.1 of the type customary in such scaffolding systems is welded onto the top wall 41.1 of the horizontal support 41.
  • a small horizontal beam 42 in the form of a square or rectangular tube is welded between the seat support tube 46 and the rear vertical tube section 40.2.
  • Upper walls 41.1 and 42.1 selected a distance 36 corresponding to the slope of, for example, 25 cm.
  • An upwardly open U-profile 44.2 of the same type and dimensions as the lower U-profile 44.1 is welded onto the horizontal support 42 between the two vertical pipe sections 40.2 and 46 at all areas serving for the load-bearing capacity.
  • Medium anti-lifting devices 37 are indicated with dots and crosses.
  • the rear pipe section 40.2 has a perforated disk 34 at a distance corresponding to the grid system, as is customary for fastening connection heads with wedges.
  • the rear pipe section 40.2 has an overall length H / 38 which corresponds to the pitch pattern, that is to say the distance between the perforated disks 34. As can be seen, the perforated disc is slightly below the upper limit.
  • the lower ends 49.1 are at level E / 39.
  • the rear pipe section 40.2 has a usual holding and centering pin 43 on which the front pipe section 40.1 of the next cheek part 30 can be plugged. It has a through hole 35.1 for the insertion of a locking pin.
  • a seat support 45.1 is welded in the center, which is formed by a flat steel plate which carries four upstanding pins 47, which are used to attach the seats 22 in the usual manner from above.
  • An identical seat support 45.2 with four pins 47 is welded onto the seat support tube 46 at the top.
  • a holding eyelet 50 is welded on in the middle and is equipped as a vertically standing flat steel sheet with a wedge opening 51. It serves as it 8 and 9 illustrate, after the seating of the benches 22, a wedge 52 penetrates so that the benches 22 cannot be lifted off.
  • the benches 22 have flat irons 54 running through them at the bottom to prevent them from lifting, which extend between the pins 47 and on which the wedges 52 rest.
  • FIG. 8 illustrates two abutting bench seats, each of which is placed on a seat support 45 and secured with a single wedge 52.
  • FIG. 9 illustrates how an end piece 80 is formed in an end region next to a staircase, as shown at 25 in the first figures, which is designed like a short seat piece of a few cm around which at the end of a row free-standing pins 47 to cover.
  • a common wedge lock as shown in FIG. 9, is also provided for this.
  • Cheek parts 30, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 3, are stapled in a corresponding number on one another and form the supporting elements for the seats and for the planks 23, which are not dealt with in detail here, and which have hooks in the U-profiles 44.1 and 44.2 are attached and secured in the manner evident from DE-OS 35 19 718 A1.
  • Cheek parts 30.1 are provided for the last row of seats, as shown in FIG. 6. These are essentially constructed like those shown in FIG. 5. Only the rear, vertical pipe section 40.3 is longer and extends to a further seat support 45.3 with pins 47 and retaining eyelet 50. A seat or other row of seats can be attached to the rearmost support in the same way as on the other seat supports.
  • step covers 85 are made, for example, from bent sheet metal parts manufactured according to the lengths of the running boards.
  • a vertical wall leg 88 is bent under the seat support 45, which merges into an upper support leg 89 bent into the horizontal, which in turn can have holes 91 for screwing screws into the upper plank 23.2.
  • the shapes of these step covers can be designed in many different ways. Openings can be formed to reduce the weight.
  • FIG. 4 illustrates, instead of the simple benches, seat support plates 95 with bucket seats 96, which can be designed in the usual way, but in a design suitable for the invention, placed on the seat supports 45 with their pins at the ends and possibly secured with the wedges 52 can be.
  • the grandstand has cheek parts (30) which have a front pipe section (40.1) and a rear pipe section (40.2), which are connected by a horizontally extending rectangular pipe as a horizontal beam (41).
  • a seat support tube (46) projects in the middle. This is connected at the appropriate height by a horizontal beam (42) by welding to the rear pipe section (40.2).
  • U-profiles (44.1, 44.2), which are open at the top, are formed at a distance corresponding to the incline 36 for the hanging of running boards.
  • the seat supports can have eyelets (50) to prevent them from being lifted off.
  • special cheek pieces can be provided, which also have a seat support and additional arms for railing fixings on the rear pipe section.
  • the foremost rows of seats can be supported with special seat support elements, so that the feet of the users of the foremost row reach to the floor.
