Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Steuern einer Flussmenge von Tabakteilchen, die zum Zuführen an eine Maschine (1) bestimmt sind, bestehend aus einer Leitung (6) mit einer steifen und festen Wand sowie mit Saugmitteln (16), um in der Leitung einen Luftfluss zu erzeugen, der befähigt ist, den Tabakfluss von einem Eingangssegment (9) der Leitung zur Maschine (1) zu transportieren, wobei ein Endbereich des Eingangssegmentes (9) eine Eingangsöffnung (10) bezüglich einer Tabakbettung (5) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andere Endbereich des Eingangssegmentes (9) mit einer seitlichen Abzweigung eines Entlastungssegmentes (13) versehen ist, welches zu einer Entlastungsöffnung (14) mündet, wobei die Offen- oder Zustellung der Entlastungsöffnung (14) durch einen im Entlastungssegment (13) angeordneten Verschluss (15) hervorgerufen wird, welcher Verschluss in Funktion der Grössen von einem oder mehreren Parametern, die die Zeit und/oder den Druck im Eingangssegment repräsentieren, steuerbar ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eingangssegment (9) vertikal angeordnet ist, wobei die Eingangsöffnung oberhalb der Tabakbettung (5) gelegen ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Eingangssegment (9) der Leitung (6) mit einem Entstopfungsmittel (23) ausgerüstet ist, welches in Funktion der Grösse des Druckes im Eingangssegment (9) betätigbar ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entstopfungsmittel (23) eine steife Muffe (17) umfasst, welche an ihren beiden Endbereichen offen ist, und welche im Innern des Eingangssegmentes (9) zwischen zwei festgelegten Stellungen, einer oberen und einer unteren Stellung, verschiebbar montiert ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Stellungen jeweils durch einen oberen Anschlag (18,19) und durch einen unteren Anschlag (18,19) bestimmt sind, und dass durch das Gewicht der Muffe (17) veranlasst wird, dass beim Verschluss ihrer Basis durch einen Tabakpfropfen sich die Grösse des Druckes im Eingangssegment derart vermindert, dass bei einem bestimmten Wert ein rasches Hochgleiten der Muffe und ein brüsker Stop der letzteren durch den oberen Anschlag erfolgt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Steuermittel (Pr) für den Verschluss (15) eine Grösse (P) umfasst, welche Grösse eine sofortige Oeffnung des Verschlusses (15) nach einer vorbestimmten Verzögerungszeit für den Fall verursacht, wenn sich der Druck im Eingangssegment (9) nach einer Anhebung der Muffe (17) nicht normalisiert, wobei die genannte vorbestimmte Zeit grösser ist als die Zeit zum Anheben der Muffe unter der Wirkung des genannten Druckabfalles.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel (Pr) derart programmiert sind, dass sie ein Wiederschliessen des Verschlusses (15) nach einer zweiten vorbestimmten Verzögerungszeit bewirken, wobei die zweite Verzögerungszeit grösser ist als die Zeit, die die Muffe (17) benötigt, um nach einer Oeffnung des Verschlusses (15) in die untere Stellung zurückzufallen.
