Abstract

Soupape d'échappement comprenant un logement de soupape (1) dans lequel est formé un siège de soupape (4), ainsi qu'un élément de soupape (5) supporté par un moyen de support mobile (6) afin de déplacer l'élément de soupape (5) en contact d'étanchéité et inversement avec le siège de soupape (4). Ledit élément de soupape (5) est supporté pour effectuer un mouvement le long d'un axe et pour tourner autour dudit axe par rapport audit moyen de support (6), entre deux positions terminales et à l'aide d'un moyen déformable (10, 11), afin de transmettre à l'élément de soupape (5) un mouvement de rotation autour dudit axe, simultanément avec son mouvement le long dudit axe, de manière à transmettre à l'élément de soupape (5) lorsqu'il est en contact avec ledit siège de soupape (4), un mouvement rotatif par rapport audit siège de soupape (4), après que ledit élément de soupape (5) ait été mis en contact avec ledit siège de soupape (4) et avant qu'il n'en ait été levé.

Claims (2)

1. Soupape d'échappement, comprenant un carter de soupape (1), un siège de soupape (4) formé en son sein et un élément de soupape (5), déplaçable dans ledit carter, entre des positions ouverte et fermée, un dispositif de support (6), déplaçable dans ledit carter (1) et supportant l'élément de soupape (5) lors de son mouvement entre lesdites positions ouverte et fermée, le dispositif de support (6) comprenant une douille (10), de préférence cylindrique, et une tige (11), qui est déplaçable axialement dans ladite douille, entre des positions supérieure et inférieure, ladite tige (11) s'étendant hors de la douille, vers l'élément de soupape (5), et étant reliée, à son extrémité proéminente, à l'élément de soupape (5), pour transmettre un mouvement tant axial que rotatoire de ladite tige à l'élément de soupape (5), ladite tige (11) étant poussée en permanence vers sa position d'extrémité inférieure dans la douille (10), caractérisé en ce que lesdites tige (11) et douille (10) sont pourvues de nervures et de rainures, qui coopèrent mutuellement, adaptées pour inculquer un mouvement de rotation à la tige (11), lors de son déplacement axial dans ladite douille, de façon à inculquer à l'élément de soupape (5) un mouvement rotatoire par rapport au siège de soupape, avant que, lors de l'ouverture, l'élément de soupape soit soulevé du siège de soupape et que, durant la fermeture, il soit mis en contact avec ce dernier.
2. Soupape d'échappement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une rondelle (16) est reliée rigidement à ladite tige (11), un ressort de compression (17) étant disposé entre ladite rondelle (16) et une paroi d'extrémité supérieure (13) dans ladite douille (10), ledit ressort de compression (17) exerçant de façon continue une force de pression sur ladite tige, en direction du siège de soupape, ladite rondelle (16) étant en outre pourvue de rainures qui coopèrent avec des nervures disposées sur la surface intérieure de la douille et qui s'étendent avec une certaine inclinaison par rapport à la direction de l'axe central de la tige et de la douille, de façon à inculquer à ladite tige et audit élément de soupape un mouvement rotatoire lorsque la tige est déplacée en direction axiale dans la douille.
