Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour introduire un chariot mobile transportant un rouleau d'impression dans une machine d'impression, caractérisé en ce que le chariot mobile est pourvu de deux coulisseaux ou de deux rouleaux de guidage (13) montés pivotants autour d'axes verticaux qui peuvent être poussés dans une rainure longitudinale d'un rail de guidage 11, pivotant entre une position de poussée sortie pour le chariot mobile 15 et une position rentrée, dans laquelle les tourillons (4) du rouleau d'impression s'engagent dans des évidements (5) des parties latérales du châssis de la machine d'impression dans lesquels ceux-ci peuvent être reliés à des paliers de tourillon.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le chariot mobile (15) est pourvu de leviers (14) fixés à son châssis de base (20) et en saillie sur un côté longitudinal de celui-ci qui supportent aux extrémités libres inférieures de tourillons d'axes verticaux les coulisseaux ou rouleaux de guidage (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le chariot mobile (15) est pourvu de quatre roues (19) qui sont logées dans des paliers en forme de fourche, tournant librement autour d'axes verticaux, et en ce que les essieux des roues (19) sont espacés respectivement des axes verticaux (des soi-disant roues de desserte à thé).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le chariot mobile (15) est pourvu de deux pattes en forme de V (26, 27) disposées à une certaine distance l'une de l'autre pour la réception des tourillons (4) d'un rouleau d'impression dont un flanc (27) respectivement peut être rabattu pour dégager le rouleau d'impression.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'espacement relatif entre les logements (26, 27) est réglable.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le chariot mobile (15) et/ou le châssis de la machine d'impression sont pourvus de rouleaux (16, 17, 18) tournant autour d'axes verticaux qui forment des butées de délimitation.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le rail de guidage (11) est relié au châssis de la machine d'impression (1, 2, 7) par deux bielles (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les bielles ont des longueurs différentes de façon que celles-ci guident le rail de guidage (11) entre une position rentrée dans laquelle celui-ci se trouve à angle droit par rapport aux bâtis latéraux (1) de la machine d'impression et sa position angulaire pivotée au loin dans laquelle les rouleaux de guidage (13) ou les coulisseaux peuvent être poussés dans la rainure de guidage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une commande de pivotement du rail de guidage (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la commande est constituée d'une unité à piston et à cylindre à fluide sous pression (12) qui est articulée d'une part à une bielle (9) et d'autre part au châssis de la machine d'impression.
