Claims (9)
- Elektrode für Plasmalichtbogenbrenner mit Kurzschlußzündung, mit einem elektrisch leitenden Träger (10), der ein mit einem emittierenden Einsatzstück (14) aus insbesondere Zirkonium oder Hafnium versehenes Ende aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil des um das Einsatzstück (14) herum angeordneten Trägerendes zumindest einen Abschnitt aus elektrisch leitendem Material umfaßt, der axial über das Einsatzstück übersteht.
- Elektrode nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der überstehende Abschnitt kreisförmig ist.
- Elektrode nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der überstehende Abschnitt einstückig mit dem Träger (10) ausgebildet ist.
- Elektrode nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einsatzstück (14) in einer Bohrung (13) befestigt ist, die im Boden einer kreisförmigen Vertiefung (11) vorgesehen ist, welche in die Stirnfläche (9) des Trägers (10) eingelassen ist.
- Elektrode nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Vertiefung (11) größer als derjenige der Bohrung (13) ist.
- Plasmalichtbogenbrenner, mit einem Brennerkörper (1), in dem eine Elektrode (2) mit einer Stirnfläche (9), in der ein emittierendes Einsatzstück (16) befestigt ist, und eine Düse (5) mit einer der Stirnfläche gegenüberliegenden Innenfläche gegeneinander beweglich zwischen einer ersten Arbeitsstellung, in der die Flächen voneinander beabstandet sind, und einer zweiten Stellung zur Zündung des Lichtbogens, in der sich die Flächen gegenseitig berühren, angebracht sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der zweiten Stellung ein Zwischenraum zwischen dem Einsatzstück (16) und dem Abschnitt (9) gegenüber der Innenfläche der Düse (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektrode nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 ausgebildet ist.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abschnitt gegenüber der Innenfläche der Düse (5) bezüglich dieser Innenfläche rückversetzt ist.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gegenüberliegende Abschnitt der Boden einer Vertiefung (11) ist, die in der Innenfläche der Düse (5) ausgebildet ist.
