Claims (12)

  1. Récipient d'expédition et de vente comprenant une partie inférieure et un couvercle, la partie inférieure étant composée d'un fond rectangulaire (1) et deux parties latérales rectangulaires pleines (2) qui sont articulées, l'une à l'opposé de l'autre, chacune à un bord (3) du fond (1), et deux autres parties latérales (4) en forme de U, disposées l'une à l'opposé de l'autre, qui sont formées par des rabats (5) repliés et partiellement assemblés entre eux, articulés aux parties latérales pleines (2) et au fond (1), les rabats (5) étant disposés aux bords (6) du fond (1) et des parties latérales pleines (2) qui partent perpendiculairement des deux arêtes de jonction (3) formées entre le fond (1) et les parties latérales pleines, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle peut être emboîté sur la partie inférieure et est composé de quatre parties latérales (7) assemblées entre elles et d'un panneau supérieur ouvert (8) qui est lui-même formé par des rabats (9) repliés partiellement assemblés entre eux, qui sont articulés respectivement aux bords (10) des parties latérales (7) du couvercle, qui sont à l'opposé du fond, rabats qui sont rabattus d'environ 90°, en se recouvrant mutuellement dans le plan du panneau supérieur (8), sont assemblés entre eux dans les zones de recouvrement par collage ou agrafage, et sont délimités par des bords qui sont formés dans un flan sensiblement rectangulaire par un total de trois entailles parallèles, disposées l'une à côté de l'autre, qui partent perpendiculairement d'un bord latéral du flan en s'étendant jusqu'à une ligne de pliage, et qui sont parallèles aux bords (10) après le montage, et dans laquelle les parties latérales (7) du couvercle n'emboîtent que partiellement les parties latérales de la partie inférieure à l'état emboîté.
  2. Récipient d'expédition et de vente selon la revendication 1, qui présente en supplément un étai disposé parallèlement aux parois latérales pleines (2), et qui correspond sensiblement à la forme d'une paroi latérale pleine.
  3. Récipient d'expédition et de vente selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'étai est composé de deux pièces qui sont disposées en croix, l'une des pièces correspondant à la surface des parois latérales pleines et l'autre pièce correspondant à la surface des parties latérales en forme de U.
  4. Récipient d'expédition et de vente selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les rabats (5) qui forment les parties latérales (4) en forme de U sont assemblés entre eux dans les zones de recouvrement par collage et/ou agrafage.
  5. Récipient d'expédition et de vente selon une des revendications précédentes, qui est composé de carton ondulé et/ou de carton.
  6. Récipient d'expédition et de vente selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les bords extérieurs des rabats (5) sont disposés parallèlement aux bords de pliage (6).
  7. Récipient d'expédition et de vente selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, dans le couvercle, le rapport de la hauteur des parties latérales (7) à la largeur des rabats (9) qui forment le panneau supérieur ouvert (8) est compris entre 1:0,8 et 1:1,2.
  8. Récipient d'expédition et de vente selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le rapport de la hauteur des parties latérales (7) du couvercle à la hauteur des parties latérales (2, 4) de la partie inférieure est compris entre 0,1:1 et 0,3:1.
  9. Flan pour un récipient d'expédition et de vente selon une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le flan prévu pour la partie inférieure est composé d'une pièce rectangulaire qui présente, parallèlement aux bords longitudinaux, deux lignes de pliage (6), chacune à une distance du bord qui correspond à la largeur des rabats (5), et deux autres lignes de pliage (3) disposées parallèlement aux bords courts de la pièce de flan, la distance de ces lignes de pliage (3) aux bords latéraux courts correspondant à la hauteur des parties latérales pleines (2), cette pièce de flan présentant quatre entailles qui partent par paires des bords latéraux longs opposés, dans le prolongement des lignes de pliage (3), en s'étendant sur toute la largeur des rabats (5), et
    le flan prévu pour le couvercle est composé d'une pièce de forme allongée, sensiblement rectangulaire, qui présente, parallèlement aux bords latéraux longs, une ligne de pliage (10) autour de laquelle les rabats (9) peuvent être repliés, qui forment le panneau supérieur ouvert (8), et qui présente par ailleurs trois lignes de pliage qui sont disposées de manière que les parties latérales (7) puissent être repliées en formant un rectangle, deux parties latérales d'un même jeu étant disposées parallèlement entre elles, cependant que les rabats (9) disposés l'un à côté de l'autre, en série, sont séparés chacun par l'une d'un total de trois entailles parallèles qui s'étendent à angle droit, d'un bord latéral long jusqu'à la ligne de pliage (10) en s'étendant sur toute la largeur des rabats, cependant qu'il se forme des bords de rabats qui, après le montage du couvercle, sont parallèles aux bords de ce couvercle, et qui présente, sur un côté court, une languette (11) qui sert à assembler les parties latérales du couvercle.
  10. Couvercle pour un récipient d'expédition et de vente, dans lequel le panneau supérieur ouvert (8) et des parties latérales (7) sont articulées à tous les bords latéraux (10) de la paroi supérieure (8), les parties latérales (7) adjacentes étant assemblées l'une à l'autre par les bords communs, le panneau supérieur étant formé de quatre rabats (9) qui sont parallèles entre elles deux à deux, chaque rabat (9) étant assemblé à chaque extrémité à un rabat adjacent, caractérisé en ce que les rabats (9) sont rabattus d'environ 90° par rapport aux parois latérales, en se recouvrant mutuellement dans le plan du panneau supérieur, sont assemblés dans les zones de recouvrement par collage ou agrafage et sont limités par des bords qui sont formés par un total de trois entailles parallèles, disposées l'une à coté de l'autre, pratiquées dans un flan sensiblement rectangulaire, qui s'étendent à angle droit d'un bord latéral du flan jusqu'à une ligne de pliage, et qui sont parallèles aux bords latéraux (10) après le montage.
  11. Couvercle selon la revendication 10, dans lequel l'ouverture du panneau supérieur (8) est rectangulaire.
  12. Flan pour un couvercle selon la revendication 10 ou 11, qui est constitué par une pièce de forme allongée, sensiblement rectangulaire, qui présente parallèlement aux deux bords latéraux longs, une ligne de pliage (10) autour de laquelle peuvent être rabattus les rabats (9) qui forment le panneau supérieur ouvert, et qui présente en outre trois lignes de pliage qui sont disposées de manière que les parties latérales (7) puissent être pliées pour former un rectangle, deux parties latérales étant disposées parallèlement entre elles, et les rabats (9) disposés l'un à côté de l'autre en série étant séparés par l'une d'un total de trois entailles parallèles qui s'étendent à angle droit, en partant d'un bord latéral long jusqu'à la ligne de pliage (10), sur toute la largeur des rabats, cependant qu'il se forme les bords de rabats qui, après le montage du couvercle, sont parallèles aux bords de celui-ci, et qui présente, le long d'un côté court, une languette (11) qui sert à assembler les parties latérales du couvercle.
