Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Montageraumabdeckung für insbesondere geschäumte Installationsbausteine gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Unterhalb eines Installationsbausteins wird gewöhnlich ein Montageraum freigehalten zum Durchführen insbesondere von Abwasserrohren. Nach Abschluß der Montagearbeiten muß dieser Montageraum z.B. durch Ausmauern verschlossen werden, um eine zur Bausteinfläche im wesentlichen bündige Verputz- oder Verfliesungsoberfläche zu erhalten. Ein solches Ausmauern ist zeitaufwendig und der ausgemauerte Montageraum ist schlecht für evtl. Revisionsarbeiten zugänglich.
  • Beispielsweise aus der DE-U-88 00 349 ist es im Zusammenhang mit einem aus einem metallischen Traggestell bestehenden Installationsbaustein bekannt, anstatt den Montageraum auszumauern ihn durch eine zur Vorderwand des Bausteins im wesentlichen bündige Schürze in Form einer durchbrochenen Stahlplatte abzudecken. Diese Schürze, die eine Aussparung zum Durchtritt eines Abwasserrohrs des Installationsbausteins aufweist, ist einerseits an die Unterseite des Installationsbausteins und andererseits über höheneinstellbare Stützen am Rohboden befestigbar.
  • Man hat versucht, für geschäumte Installationsbausteine zwecks Schaffung einer einheitlichen Verputz- oder Verfliesungsoberfläche als Montageraumabdeckung auch eine geschäumte Schürze zweckmäßig aus demselben Schaummaterial wie der Installationsbaustein einzusetzen. Dabei haben sich jedoch Probleme bezüglich der Festigkeit und der Maßhaltigkeit ergeben. Bei einem WC-Installationsbaustein muß die Schürze der Normbelastung (ca 400kg) des wandhängenden WC standhalten. Ausreichende Festigkeit konnte man bisher nur mit entsprechend großer Schürzendicke erzielen. Der zwischen Bausteinvorderfläche und Abwasser-Ablaufbogen zur Verfügung stehende Raum ist jedoch begrenzt. Trotz größerer Schürzendicke besteht die Gefahr des Ausbrechens insbesondere im Bereich der Befestigungsanschlüsse und an den Kanten. Nicht in Griff bekommen hat man bisher, daß sich geschäumte Schürzen leicht verziehen.
  • Aus der DE-A-33 09 460 ist ein geschäumter Installationsbaustein für Sanitärapparate bekannt, der mittels eines Montagebügels an einer Wand als auch frei installiert werden kann. Bei der Beaufschlagung mit großen Lasten ist jedoch eine hinreichende Formstabilität nicht immer sichergestellt.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Montageraum-Abdeckung geringer Dicke mit hoher Festigkeit und Formhaltigkeit zu schaffen, deren Oberfläche mit der Oberfläche des Installationsbausteins eine einheitliche Verputz- oder Verfliesungsoberfläche zur Verfügung stellt.
  • Die gestellte Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit einer Montageraumabdeckung gelöst, wie sie durch den Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet ist. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Schürze zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß in sie eine biegesteife Metallarmierung vollständig eingeschäumt ist. Diese Metallarmierung kann als Schweiß- oder Steckkonstruktion ausgeführt sein. Sie erstreckt sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Breite und Höhe der Schürze, und sie ist zweckmäßig aus Profilträgern aufgebaut. Die erfindungsgemäße Schürze kann aufgrund dieser Metallarmierung wesentlich dünner ausgebildet werden als bisherige geschäumte Schürzen, nämlich ca 15mm dick anstatt bisher 22-25mm. Die Metallarmierung verleiht der erfindungsgemäßen Schürze nicht nur Festigkeit, sondern auch hohe Formstabilität.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Schürze wird einerseits am Rohboden und andererseits an der Unterseite des Installationsbausteins befestigt. Hierzu sind am unteren Rand der Schürze vertikale Nuten eingeschäumt zur stufenlos höhenverstellbaren Aufnahme und Befestigung von Tragfüßen an die eingeschäumte Metallarmierung. Die Schürze kann damit die Funktion üblicher Tragfüße übernehmen. Am oberen Rand der Schürze eingeschäumte Vertiefungen dienen zur versenkten Aufnahme der Köpfe von Befestigungsschrauben zur Befestigung der Schürze an dem Installationsbaustein.
  • Eingeschäumte Streckmetall-U-Profile oder dgl. geben der erfindungsgemäßen Schürze einen guten Kantenschutz. Wie üblich, kann am oberen Rand der Schürze eine Aussparung zum Durchtritt eines Abwasserrohrs des Installationsbausteins ausgebildet sein.
  • Als Schaumwerkstoff haben haben sich UP (ungesättigter Polyester), Stahlton (Beton faserarmiert) oder Polyesterbeton als geeignet erwiesen.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand beigefügter Zeichnungen näher beschrieben. Es zeigen

  • Wie Fig. 1 zeigt, befindet sich unterhalb des Installationsbausteins 1 ein Montageraum 2, in den der andeutungsweise gezeigte Abwasser-Ablaufbogen 3 hineingeführt ist zum Anschluß an ein (nicht gezeigtes) horizontal geführtes Abwasser-Abflußrohr. Es handelt sich hier um einen Installationsbaustein für ein wandhängendes WC 4.
  • Der Montageraum 2 ist im wesentlichen bündig zur Vorderfläche des Installationsbausteins durch eine Schürze 5 abgedeckt, die einerseits an die Unterseite des Installationsbausteins befestigt ist und andererseits über Tragfüße 6 auf dem Rohboden steht. Die Schürze 5 kann in einem Abstand vom Rohboden entsprechend der auf dem Rohboden aufzubringenden Estrichdicke enden.
  • Die Schürze 5 ist eine geschäumte Platte, in die erfindungsgemäß eine biegesteife Metallarmierung 7 eingeschäumt ist. Diese Metallarmierung 7 ist aus im Querschnitt trogförmigen Profilträgern 8 aufgebaut und hier als Schweißkonstruktion ausgeführt. Beidseitig einer mittigen Aussparung 9 für den Abwasser-Ablaufbogen 3 am oberen Rand der Schürze 5 sind zwei vertikale Profilträger 8 eingeschäumt, die unterhalb der Aussparung 9 durch zwei Querprofilträger verbunden sind. Von den Außenseiten der vertikalen Profilträger ragen ein oberer und ein unterer Profilträgerstutzen nahe zu den Seitenrändern der Schürze, so daß die Schürze 5 im wesentlichen über ihre gesamte Fläche metallarmiert ist. Auf diese Weise besitzt sie neben hoher Festigkeit eine ausgezeichnete Formstabilität.
  • In die Seitenränder der Schürze 5 sind Streckmetall-U-Profile 10 als Kantenschutz eingeschäumt.
  • Am unteren Rand der Schürze 5 sind im Bereich der vertikalen Profilträger 8 (nicht sichtbare) vertikale Nuten eingeschäumt zur stufenlos höhenverstellbaren Aufnahme und Befestigung der Tragfüße 6 an die eingeschäumte Metallarmierung. Am oberen Rand der Schürze eingeschäumte Vertiefungen dienen zur versenkten Aufnahme der Köpfe von Befestigungsschrauben 12 zur Befestigung der Schürze durch die eingeschäumte Mettallarmierung 7 an dem Installationsbaustein. Die Befestigungsschrauben 12 greifen in (nicht sichtbare) Befestigungsbleche ein, die in den die Schürze 5 aufnehmenden Falz 13 am unteren Bausteinrand integriert sind.

Claims (7)

  1. Montageraum-Abdeckung für insbesondere geschäumte Installationsbausteine im Sanitärbereich, in Form einer Schürze (5) zum Anschluß an die Unterseite eines Installationsbausteins (1), deren Außenfläche bündig zur Oberfläche des Installationsbausteins abschließt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Schürze (5) aus einer aus Schaumwerkstoff geschäumten Platte mit einer biegesteifen Metallarmierung (7) besteht, wobei die Metallarmierung (7) vollständig in die Platte eingeschäumt ist und sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Breite und Höhe der Platte erstreckt.
  2. Montageraum-Abdeckung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Metallarmierung (7) als Schweiß- oder Steckkonstruktion ausgeführt ist.
  3. Montageraum-Abdeckung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Metallarmierung (7) aus Profilträgern (8) aufgebaut ist.
  4. Montageraum-Abdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eingeschäumte vertikale Nuten am unteren Rand der Schürze (5) zur stufenlos höhenverstellbaren Aufnahme und Befestigung von Tragfüßen (6) an die eingeschäumte Metallarmierung (7).
  5. Montageraum-Abdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eingeschäumte Vertiefungen (11) am oberen Rand der Schürze (5) zur versenkten Aufnahme der Köpfe von Befestigungsschrauben (12) zur Befestigung der Schürze an dem Installationsbaustein.
  6. Montageraum-Abdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eine Aussparung (9) am oberen Rand der Schürze (5) zum Durchtritt eines Abwasserablaufbogens (3) des Installationsbausteins.
  7. Montageraum-Abdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eingeschäumte Streckmetall-U-Profile (10) als Kantenschutz.
