Claims (3)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une chaussure intérieure pour chaussures de ski, qui comprend les étapes suivantes :
    prévoir un assemblage de languette (12) constitué d'une languette proprement dite (14) conformée intégralement avec une portion (16) du dessus de la chaussure de manière à avoir un rembourrage interne qui s'étend en continu le long de ladite languette et de ladite portion, en évitant des sur-épaisseurs intérieures au niveau du cou-de-pied, dans lequel la partie (16) du dessus de la chaussure est une extension de la languette (14) et consiste en une partie avant adaptée pour constituer l'intégralité de la portion formant pointe, sans la semelle, du dessus de la chaussure;
    prévoir une partie restante (20) du dessus de la chaussure incluant une partie de jambe (22), reliée à une semelle (24);
    relier ladite extension de l'assemblage de languette (12) à la partie restante (20) du dessus de la chaussure et à la semelle (24) par des moyens de fixation (34, 36) en une position éloignée du cou-de-pied.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la partie (16) du dessus de la chaussure conformée intégralement avec la languette (14) comprend un bord périphérique inférieur (38) qui peut être ancré et fixé à la semelle (24), et deux côtés arrière (26) qui peuvent être reliés à la partie restante (20) du dessus.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les moyens de fixation (34, 36) consistent en des moyens de couture, de collage ou de thermosoudure.
