Abstract

Dispositif pour maintenir des fleurs coupées, ou analogues dans un vase,constitué par un manchon central (1) comportant des pattes (2) réalisées en une matière élastiquement déformable.

Description

  • La présente invention est relative à un dispositif pour maintenir des fleurs coupées,ou analogues,dans un vase.
  • En l'état actuel de la technique on utilise une grille rigide maintenue à la partie supérieure du vase.Les mailles de cette grille constituent des ouvertures réduites dans chacune desquelles on engage une ou plusieurs fleurs.
  • Dans l'industrie de la marbrerie funéraire, notamment, on utilise des vases qui présentent des diamètres très différents et, de ce fait pour chaque modèle de vase il est nécessaire de réaliser une grille appropriée.Ces grilles étant généralement fabriquées en matière plastique, cela signifie qu'il est nécessaire de réaliser deux moules par vase,l'un pour le vase et, l'autre pour la grille.Cette technique est donc très coûteuse.
  • Le dispositif de l'invention,qui remédie à cet inconvénient,est remarquable en ce qu'il est constitué par un manchon central comportant des pattes latérales réalisées en une matière élastiquement déformable,le diamètre de l'ensemble, mesuré à l'extrémité des dites pattes, étant supérieur à celui de l'ouverture du vase devant le recevoir.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise par la description qui va suivre faite en se référant au dessin annexé,à titre d'exemple indicatif seulement,sur lequel:
    • -La figure 1 est une vue en perspective du dispositif de l'invention;
    • -La figure 2 montre le dispositif en vue de dessus;
    • -La figure 3 est une vue, analogue à la figure 2, montrant la possibilité d'utiliser le dispositif de l'invention sur un vase présentant un diamètre différent.
  • En se reportant au dessin, on voit que le dispositif de l'invention est constitué par un manchon 1 présentant extérieurement des pattes 2, réalisées en une matière élastiquement déformable.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation,si le vase V devant recevoir le dispositif présente une ouverture circulaire,les extrémités 3 des pattes sont disposées sur une circonférence dont le diamètre est supérieur à celui dudit vase.
  • Les pattes 2 étant flexibles,le dispositif peut être placé dans des vases présentant des diamètres différents, comme cela ressort des figures 2 et 3, les pattes qui tendent à se détendre assurant le maintien du dispositif.
  • Lorsque le dispositif est en place dans un vase, il forme, en combinaison avec la paroi interne du vase, des malles 4 dans lesquelles on peut engager une ou plusieurs fleurs coupées, le manchon central constituant aussi une maille 4.
  • Selon une variante, non représentée,le manchon central 1 est cloison né pour former une pluralité de mailles.
  • Des moyens peuvent être prévus pour limiter l'enfoncement du dispositif dans le vase.Comme montré sur le dessin, un tel moyen peut être constitué par des pastilles 5 situées à l'extrémité et à la partie supérieure des pattes 2.Selon une variante,non représentée un tel moyen peut être constitué par une saillie prévue sur la paroi interne du vase.
  • Comme les vases sont constitués par des récipients ayant une forme légèrement conique,telle que montrée sur le dessin,les extrémités 3 des pattes s'étendent obliquement par rapport à l'axe du manchon 1 pour épouser la paroi interne du vase.
  • Bien entendu, la présente invention s'étend à toutes variantes de formes et de dimensions.
  • C'est ainsi, entre autres,que les pattes peuvent être disposées tangentiellement au manchon 1 ou s'étendre radialement par rapport à ce dernier.

Claims (3)

1-Dispositif pour maintenir des fleurs coupées, ou analogues,dans un vase, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par un manchon central (1) comportant des pattes latérales (2) réalisées en une matière élastiquement déformable.
2-Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre du dispositif, mesuré au droit de l'extrémité (3) des pattes est supérieur au diamètre de l'orifice du vase devant recevoir ledit dispositif.
3-Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que des moyens sont prévus pour limiter l'enfoncement du dispositif dans le vase.
