Claims (8)
- Gegossener Zylinderkopfdeckel für einen Verbrennungsmotor und derjenigen Gattung mit einem mit dem Einlasssystem des Motors verbundenen Luftfilter (F) und einer Absetzungskammer (18), die einerseits mit dem Kurbelgehäuse des Motors und andererseits mit dem Einlasssystem in Verbindung steht, um die von den Olteilchen abgeschiedenen Gase des Kurbelgehäuses anzusaugen, wobei der Luftfilter und die Absetzungskammer (18) durch Formgiessen in den Zylinderkopfdeckel eingegliedert sind, wobei die besagte Absetzungskammer seitwärts des Luftfilters (F) gelegen ist und wenigstens zwei die Verbindung derselben mit dem Kurbelgehäuse und mit dem Einlasssystem mit Hilfe von zwei Verbindungsleitungen (D1, D2) gestattende angegossene Ansätze (21, 22) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absetzungskammer einen zylindrischen Absetzungsschacht (19) aufweist, dessen unteres Ende in den Zylinderkopf mündet und dessen oberes Ende ausserhalb des Zylinderkopfdeckels mündet, und dass der Schacht durch Formgiessen in den Zylinderkopfdeckel eingegliedert ist und sich konzentrisch von unten nach oben in dem mittleren Teil der Absetzungskammer (18) erstreckt, um somit eine Ölfüllleitung zu bilden.
- Zylinderkopfdeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannte Luftfilter (F) eine in den Zylinderkopfdeckel durch Formgiessen eingegliederte und zur Aufnahme eines Filtereinsatzes (6) bestimmte Kammer (5) aufweist, wobei die besagte Kammer (5) durch eine ebenfalls durch Formgiessen in den Zylinderkopfdeckel eingegliederte Kammer (2) zum Vermischen von Frischluft und von Heissluft verlängert wird.
- Zylinderkopfdeckel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannte Luftfilter (F) ausserdem einen eine Haube bildenden Teil (7) aufweist, der am Zylinderkopfdeckel abnehmbar befestigt ist, um Zugang zu dem Filtereinsatz (6) zu verschaffen und einen Stutzen (14) zum Anschluss an das Einlasssystem aufweist, in welchem eine in dem eine Haube bildenden Teil (7) gebildete und in Verbindung mit der Absetzungskammer (18) stehende Leitung (15) mündet, um daraus die Gase aufzusaugen.
- Zylinderkopfdeckel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannten Kammer (5) und Haube (7) seitwärts zur Absetzungskammer angeordnet sind.
- Zylinderkopfdeckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einstückig mit dem Zylinderkopfdeckel gegossene und zur Befestigung von elektrischen Drähten für Zündkerzen des Motors bestimmte äussere Rillen bildende Rippen (23) aufweist.
- Zylinderkopfdeckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er am oberen Teil der Deckel von Lagern von wenigstens einer Nockenwelle des Motors befestigt ist.
- Zylinderkopfdeckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug mit Verbrennungsmotor, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Motor mit einem Zylinderkopfdeckel, wie in den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7 dargelegt ist, ausgerüstet ist.
