  • a profiled anchor element structure for prefabricated concrete components which has, in transverse cross section, a substantially C-shaped configuration with two wings which face one another and are joined by a base defining an anchoring seat together with said two wings, characterized in that said base has, laterally to said wings, two extensions which define, outside said seat, a pair of additional fins for anchoring the profiled element.

  • the base 3 has, laterally to the wings 2a and 2b, two extensions which define, outside the seat 4, a pair of additional fins 5a and 5b which are used for a better anchoring of the profiled element to the component with which said profiled element must be associated.
  • the additional fins 5a and 5b are expediently obtained by pinching on the base 3 the ends of the wings 2a and 2b which connect to said base 3.
  • the profiled element according to the invention can be conveniently obtained by simple plastic bending of a metallic strip.
  • anchoring holes 6 are defined on the fins 5a and 5b and are elongated in the longitudinal direction of the profiled element; said holes can be used for example to allow the passage of concrete during embedding of the profiled element inside a component, so as to obtain excellent bonding between the profiled element and the concrete, or to associate anchoring brackets 7 of different shapes with the profiled element or again to fix the profiled element on the outside of already-made components, as will become apparent hereinafter.
  • the two wings 2a and 2b are arranged so as to converge on the opposite side with respect to the base 3.
  • the end portions of the free ends of the wings 2a and 2b are arranged so as to converge in the direction of the base 3, whereas in the second embodiment, illustrated in figure 2, said end portions are arranged in a plane which is substantially parallel to the plane of arrangement of the base 3.
  • the profiled element according to the invention can be embedded without problems in a concrete component during the casting thereof, keeping the open side of the anchoring seat 4 directed toward the outside of the component.
  • the widened base 3 with the additional fins 5a and 5b ensures an excellent anchoring of the profiled element in the concrete even without requiring the use of additional brackets. For this reason, the profiled element according to the invention can be easily used in low-thickness panels. In this case, the anchoring of the profiled element is ensured not only by the configuration of the profiled element itself but also by the presence of the holes 6 which connect the concrete from the lower side to the upper side of the profiled element.
  • brackets which can be simply constituted by appropriately bent metallic rods, either smooth or with improved bonding.
  • the brackets are associated with the profiled element by using the same holes 6 and can be orientated according to the requirements, as illustrated in detail in figures 3 to 14.
  • the profiled element according to the invention can also be applied on the outside of components by means of screw anchors 8 which are easily inserted through the holes 6, as illustrated in particular in figure 15.
  • the profiled element according to the invention has high strength with respect to conventional profiled elements.
  • the elements used for its anchoring to the component furthermore do not restrict at all the possibility of inserting in the seat 4 appropriate elements for mutually connecting the various components.
  • the profiled element according to the invention fully achieves the intended aim, since by virtue of its particular structure it can be anchored without problems to a wide range of components which may even have a low thickness.
  • the profiled element according to the invention by virtue of its characteristics of strength and high bonding to the concrete of the components, is furthermore particularly suitable for withstanding even seismic actions.
