Claims (6)
- Procédé pour le nettoyage de composants électroniques, plus particulièrement de cartes de circuits imprimés ou de circuits imprimés brasés, caractérisé en ce qu'on lave les composants avec un mélange de type azéotrope qui contient d'environ 3 à 5 % en poids de méthanol et d'environ 95 à 97 % en poids de 1,4-dihydroperfluorobutane.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mélange de type azéotrope contient d'environ 3,2 à 4,0 % en poids de méthanol et d'environ 96,0 à 96,8 % en poids de 1,4-dihydroperfluorobutane.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mélange de type azéotrope contient d'environ 3,4 à 3,6 % en poids de méthanol et de 96,4 à 96,6 % en poids de 1,4-dihydroperfluorobutane.
- Procédé pour l'élimination de flux décapants, caractérisé par un lavage à l'aide d'un mélange de type azéotrope qui contient d'environ 3 à 5 % en poids de méthanol et d'environ 95 à 97 % en poids de 1,4-dihydroperfluorobutane.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le mélange de type azéotrope contient d'environ 3,2 à 4,0 % en poids de méthanol et d'environ 96,0 à 96,8 % en poids de 1,4-dihydroperfluorobutane.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le mélange de type azéotrope contient d'environ 3,4 à 3,6 % en poids de méthanol et de 96,4 à 96,6 % en poids de 1,4-dihydroperfluorobutane.
