- the invention relates to a reclosable packaging for wet wipes or the like, made of a moisture-impermeable film, in the substantially flat top of which a tear line or a die cut is punched, which is covered by a larger flap, adhering to the material of the top, of the flap , the first end of which is permanently connected to the upper side by means of a weld or adhesive seam.
- Such packaging made of a plastic film is known in principle from DE-A-28 00 165.
- the packaging should be able to be closed again vapor-tight after each removal of a damp cloth, for which the sealing flap coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive is used. So that the pressure sensitive adhesive does not adhere to the top cloth, the material strip punched out of the top of the packaging to form the removal opening has not been removed. When the flap is pulled up, this strip of material sticks to it and covers the opening when it is closed again.
- EP 0221 168 B1 proposes that the part punched to form the opening should not be completely punched out, but that one side of the removal opening, which forms the joint between the closure flap and the top of the pack, should not be punched in order to strip the material on this side to be made in one piece with the top of the pack. - the sheets 16 or 17 can either consist of a polyethylene film or an aluminum composite film. In any case, the interposition of the sheets 16 and 17 ensures that the punching lines 10, 11 are covered with respect to the sheets 19 and thus no moisture emitted by the sheets can penetrate in this area. This prevents premature loss of moisture and corrosion in the area of the punching.
