Abstract

A device contains a fixing bar (2) and serves for the fixation of installation elements, in particular wall panels (50), on a room wall (75). The fixing bar (2) contains at least two fixing positions (6 - 9) arranged at a distance from one another. This device is intended to allow functionally secure fixation of the installation elements with simple handling and assembly. It is proposed that bridges (46, 48) projecting from the rear (44) along the lengthwise edges of the fixing bar (2) should be provided and that the installation element (50) should be located on the fixing bar (2) from the front. <IMAGE>
