Abstract

Ein Scharnier mit einem an einer Möbelwand 27 montierbaren Scharnierarm (20) und mindestens einen mit dem Scharnierarm (20) drehbar verbundenen türseitigen Scharniertopf (1). Der Scharniertopf (1) weist eine Ausnehmung auf, in die ein innerer Kupplungsteil (7) einsetzbar und in dieser mittels einers federbeaufschlagten Riegelteiles (13) lösbar verankerbar ist. In einem der Teile Scharniertopf (1) oder KUpplungsteil (7) ist mindestens ein Ansatz (9) vorgesehen, der in einer Ausnehmung (10) des anderen Teiles formschlüssig aufgenommen ist. Der Kupplungsteil (7) ist senkrecht oder annähernd senkrecht zur Türebene in den Scharniertopf (1) einsetzbar und der Riegelteil (13) der am Kupplungsteil (7) kippbar gelagert ist, drückt an eine Nase (15) der die Ausnehmung (6) begrenzenden Scharniertopfwandung. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Scharnier, insbesondere Einachsscharnier, mit einem an einer Möbelwand montierbaren Scharnierarm und mindestens einen mit dem Scharnierarm drehbar verbundenen türseitigen Scharniertopf mit einer Ausnehmung, in die ein innerer Kupplungsteil einsetzbar und in dieser mittels eines federbeaufschlagten Riegelteils im Scharniertopf lösbar verankerbar ist, wobei ferner eine Klemmschraube vorgesehen ist.
  • Derartige Scharniere werden insbesondere im Büro-, Organisations- und Objektmöbelbau eingesetzt. Sie finden als Eck- und Zwillingsscharniere, d.h. Scharniere, an denen zwei Türen angelenkt sind, Verwendung.
  • Im allgemeinen sind sie als Einachsscharniere gefertigt, doch soll der Erfolg nicht darauf eingeschränkt sein.
  • Bei herkömmlichen Scharnieren wird beim Zusammenbau des Möbels eine Grundplatte an der Möbelseitenwand befestigt. In die Tür wird ein Scharniertopf eingesetzt. Dieser ist über eine Gelenksachse oder vier Gelenksachsen und zwei Gelenkshebel mit dem eigentlichen Scharnierarm verbunden. Bei der endgültigen Montage wird der Scharniers auf die an der Möbelseitenwand montierte Grundplatte aufgesetzt und mit dieser verbunden. Durch ein relatives Verschieben der Position des Scharnierarmes zur Grundplatte kann die Lage der Tür verstellt werden. Im allgemeinen bieten herkömmliche Scharniere eine Verstellmöglichkeit in die Richtung der Breite der Möbeltürfuge und der Tiefe des Möbels. In manchen Fällen kommt eine Verstellmöglichkeit in der Höhe dazu.
  • Scharniere der eingangs erwähnten Art unterscheiden sich von den genannten dadurch, daß der Scharnierarm unmittelbar an der Möbelseitenwand befestigt beispielsweise an diese geschraubt wird. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß er sehr schmal gehalten werden kann und durch das Wegfallen einer zusätzlichen Grundplatte noch einmal Platz eingespart wird. Die gesamte Breite des Möbels kann dadurch optimal genutzt werden, wie es beispielsweise bei Karteikästenordnern od. dgl. besonders zum Tragen kommt.
  • Bei diesen Scharnieren ist die zweiteilige Montage ebenso bekannt, d.h. es wird der Scharnierarm an der Möbelseitenwand befestigt und ein Scharniertopf in die Türe eingesetzt. Beim endgültigen Einhängen der Türe wird der Scharniertopf über einen Kupplungsteil, der an dem Scharnierarm angelenkt ist, mit diesem verbunden. Bei herkömmlichen Scharnieren erfolgt dies mittels einer Klemmschraube.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Scharnier der eingangs erwähnten Art dahingehend zu verbessern, daß das Einhängen der Tür, d.h. das Verbinden des Scharniertopfes mit dem Kupplungsteil erleichtert wird. Dabei soll das Einhängen ohne Werkzeug erfolgen können, da das Anziehen der Klemmschraube, wenn die Tür gehalten werden muß, oft Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Ebenso soll es erfindungsgemäß möglich sein, die Türe leicht wieder auszuhängen, d.h. den Scharniertopf vom Scharnierarm zu trennen. Eine besondere Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, das Kuppeln des Scharniertopfes und des Kupplungsteiles in jeder Stellung der Scharniers zu ermöglichen.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß in einem der Teile Scharniertopf oder Kupplungsteil mindestens ein Ansatz vorgesehen ist, der in einer Ausnehmung des anderen Teiles formschlüssig aufgenommen ist, wobei der Kupplungsteil senkrecht oder annäherend senkrecht zur Türebene in den Scharniertopf einsetzbar ist und daß der Riegelteil der am Kupplungsteil kippbar gelagert ist an einer Nase der die Ausnehmung begrenzenden Scharniertopfwandung anliegt.
  • Vorteilhaft ist vorgesehen, daß der Ansatz und die Ausnehmung divergierende Seitenflächen aufweist. Dadurch wird das Einsetzen des Kupplungsteiles in den Scharniertopf erleichtert.
  • Um den Kupplungsteil leicht vom Scharniertopf lösen zu können, ist vorteilhaft vorgesehen, daß im Scharniertopf ein Hebel drehbar gelagert ist mittels dem der Riegelteil von der Nase abdrückbar ist.
  • Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung an Hand der Figuren der beiliegenden Zeichnungen beschrieben.

  • Der in der Fig. 2 gezeigte Scharniertopf 1 besteht aus einem Flachzylinder 2, der an der Außenseite mit Rippen 3 versehen ist und der an einer Seite segmentförmig abgeschnitten ist, sodaß er eine flache Seite 4 aufweist, die mit der Stirnfläche der Möbeltüre 26 abschließt.
  • Der Scharniertopf 1 ist mit einem Flansch 5 versehen, der an der Möbeltüre 26 anliegt.
  • Der Scharniertopf 1 weist eine Ausnehmung 6 auf, in die der Kupplungsteil 7 einsetzbar und in der er verankerbar ist.
  • An den beiden Seitenwänden 8 der Ausnehmung 6 befinden sich Ansätze 9, die in korrespondierende Ausnehmungen 10 des Kupplungsteiles 7 ragen. Im Ausführungsbeispiel weisen die Ansätze 9 und die Ausnehmungen 10 eine gerade Seitenwand 11 und eine gebogene Seitenwand 12 auf, wobei die Seitenwände 11, 12 zum Boden des Scharniertopfes 1 divergieren.
  • Am vorderen Ende des Kupplungsteiles 7 ist der Riegelteil 13 auf einer Achse 14 kippbar gelagert. Wird der Kupplungsteil 7 in die Ausnehmung 6 des Scharniertopfes 1 eingesetzt und zwar derart, daß die Ausnehmungen 10 die Ansätze 9 satt aufnehmen, rastet der Riegelteil 13 der von einer Feder 22 beaufschlagt wird, hinter der Nase 15 des Scharniertopfes 1 ein und verriegelt dadurch den Kupplungsteil 7 im Scharniertopf 1.
  • Um den Halt des Kupplungsteiles 7 im Scharniertopf 1 zu verbessern, können korrespondierende Anschläge 16, 17 vorgesehen sein, die ein Wegdrücken des Kupplungsteiles 7 an der dem Scharnierarm 20 zugewendeten Seite verhindert. Die Anschläge 16 befinden sich an der abgeflachten Seite 4 des Scharniertopfes 1 und die Anschläge 17 an der korrespondierenden Flachseite des Kupplungsteiles 7.
  • Im Scharniertopf 1 ist noch ein Entriegelungshebel 18 gelagert, der bündig mit dem Flansch 5 abschließt und dessen Funktion später erklärt wird.
  • Um eine Tiefenverstellung des Scharnieres zu ermöglichen, kann der Kupplungsteil 7 zweiteilig ausgeführt sein und zwar bestehend aus einem Teil 7', der auf der Scharnierachse 19 lagert und einem Teil 7'' in dem sich die Ausnehmungen 10 befinden und an dem die Achse 14 bzw. die die Achse 14 bildende Lageröse für den Riegelteil 13 ausgebildet ist.
  • Die Teile 7', 7'' werden durch eine Schraube 21 klemmend zusammengehalten. Die Schraube 21 ragt dabei durch ein Langloch 28 im Teil 7'. Die Länge des Langloches 28 bestimmt das Maß der Tiefenverstellung.
  • Die Blattfeder 22, die den Riegelteil 13 an die Seitenwand der Ausnehmung 6 und an die Nase 15 des Scharniertopfes 1 drückt, wird wie aus den Fig. 10 - 12 ersichtlich zwischen den Teilen 7', 7'' klemmend gehalten.
  • Wie aus der Fig. 11 ersichtlich drückt ein Schenkel 22' der Blattfeder 22 auf den Boden des Scharniertopfes 1, wobei er in einer Ausnehmung 23 aufgenommen ist.
  • Der Scharnierarm 20 ist in der Fig. 5 gezeigt. Er weist einen Schenkel 20' auf, der seitlich an der Möbelwand 27 anliegt, einen Schenkel 20'', der an der Stirnfläche der Möbelwand 27 anliegt und Halterungen 24 für die Scharnierachse 25.
  • Bei der Montage des Scharniers ist der Scharniertopf 1 einerseits in den Türflügel 26 eingesetzt und der Scharnierarm 20 ist an der Möbelseitenwand 27 befestigt beispielsweise mit dieser verschraubt. Am Scharnierarm 20 lagert mittels der Scharnierachse 25 der Kupplungsteil 7 mit dem Riegelteil 13, wobei die beiden Teile (7', 7'') des Kupplungsteiles 7 mittels der Klemmschraube 21 zusammengehalten werden.
  • Um den Türflügel 26 am Möbelkorpus zu montieren, genügt es, den Türflügel 26 mit dem Scharniertopf 1 derart an den Kupplungsteil 7 heranzuführen, daß die Ansätze 9 in die Ausnehmungen 10 schiebbar sind. Dies ist bei jeder Stellung des Kupplungsteiles 7 möglich, d.h. bei praktisch jedem Öffnungswinkel der Tür 26.
  • Die Verriegelung des Kupplungsteiles 7 im Scharniertopf 1 erfolgt automatisch, da der Riegelteil 13 wie bereits erwähnt von der Feder 14 unter die Nase 15 gedrückt wird.
  • Soll der Türflügel 26 vom Möbelkorpus gelöst werden, d.h. der Scharniertopf 1 vom Kupplungsteil 7 getrennt werden, genügt es den Entriegelungsteil 18, wie in der Fig. 17 gezeigt, vom Flansch 5 wegzuschwenken, wodurch der Riegelteil 13 von der Nase 15 weggedrückt wird. Gleichzeitig drückt der Schenkel 22' der Schenkelfeder 22 den Scharniertopf 1 vom Kupplungsteil 7 ab, sodaß ein Hängenbleiben des Scharniertopfes 1 sicher vermieden wird.
  • Nachdem der Entriegelungsteil 18 wieder in seine Grundstellung, d.h. parallel zum Flansch 5 gebracht wurde, ist das Scharnier jederzeit kuppelbar.

Claims (13)

  1. Scharnier, insbesondere Einachsscharnier, mit einem an einer Möbelwand montierbaren Scharnierarm und mindestens einen mit dem Scharnierarm drehbar verbundenen türseitigen Scharniertopf mit einer Ausnehmung, in die ein innerer Kupplungsteil einsetzbar und in dieser mittels eines federbeaufschlagten Riegelteils im Scharniertopf lösbar verankerbar ist, wobei ferner eine Klemmschraube vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem der Teile Scharniertopf (1) oder Kupplungsteil (7) mindestens ein Ansatz (9) vorgesehen ist, der in einer Ausnehmung (10) des anderen Teiles formschlüssig aufgenommen ist, wobei der Kupplungsteil (7) senkrecht oder annähernd senkrecht zur Türebene in den Scharniertopf (1) einsetzbar ist und daß der Riegelteil (13) der am Kupplungsteil (7) kippbar gelagert ist an einer Nase (15) der die Ausnehmung (6) begrenzenden Scharnier-topfwandung anliegt.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (9) und die Ausnehmung (10) divergierende Seitenflächen (11, 12) aufweisen.
  3. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei einander gegenüberliegende Ansätze (9) an den beiden Seiten des Scharniertopfes (1) vor-gesehen sind.
  4. Scharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ansätze (9) an der Scharniertopfwandung ange-formt sind.
  5. Scharnier nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Scharniertopf (1) ein Entriegelungshebel (18) drehbar gelagert ist mittels dem der Riegelteil (13) von der Nase (15) abdrückbar ist.
  6. Scharnier nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Kupplungsteil (7) Anschläge (17) ausgebildet sind, die an korrespondierenden Anschlägen (16) an einer abgeflachten Seite (4) des Schaniertopfes (1) anliegen.
  7. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegelteil (13) von einer Biegefeder (22) be-aufschlagt wird, die im Kupplungsteil (7) lagert und gleichzeitig auf den Scharniertopf (1) drückt.
  8. Scharnier nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teil (22') der Biegefeder (22), der auf den Scharniertopf (1) drückt von einer Nut (23) im Boden des Scharniertopfes (1) aufgenommen wird.
  9. Scharnier nach mindestens einen der Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kupplungsteil (7) zweiteilig ausgeführt und die Biegefeder (22) zwischen den beiden Teilen (7', 7'') klemmend gehalten ist.
  10. Scharnier nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scharniertopf (1) einen Flansch (5) mit einer Ausnehmung aufweist, die den Entriegelungshebel (18) aufnimmt, sodaß dieser mit dem Flansch (5) bündig abschließt.
  11. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegelteil (13) mit einer gekrümmten Anschlagfläche an der Nase (15) des Scharniertopfes (1) anliegt.
  12. Scharnier nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Biegefeder (22) eine Blattfeder ist.
  13. Scharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Seitenflächen (11, 12) gekrümmt ist und eine gerade und senkrecht zum Boden des Scharniertopfes (1) verläuft.
