Claims (17)
- Profil, insbesondere zum Ausgleich von Relativbewegungen von Oberflächenverkleidungen, wie insbesondere Schwindungs- und Dehnungsbewegungen von Bodenbelägen, umfassend:- eine im allgemeinen flache Sohlenplatte (1);- zwei im wesentlichen zueinander parallele und zu dieser senkrecht aufragende Hauptschenkel (2, 3); und- eine Verbindungsbrücke (5) für die beiden von der Sohlenplatte (1) am weitesten weg befindlichen Enden (2A, 3A) der Hauptschenkel (2, 3);wobei die Sohlenplatte (1) und die beiden Hauptschenkel (2, 3) aus einem festen, halbsteifen Material, wie einem festen, halbsteifen "PVC", und die Verbindungsbrücke (5) aus einem weichen Material, wie einem weichen "PVC", hergestellt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses Profil zum Ausgleich von Relativbewegungen von Bodenbelägen gegenüber angrenzenden Mauern und Wänden bestimmt ist; daß die beiden Hauptschenkel (2, 3) in einer Endzone der Sohlenplatte (1) aufragen; und daß sich zwei Nebenschenkel (6, 7) im wesentlichen parallel zur Sohlenplatte (1) erstrecken, ausgehend von der von der freien Kante (1C) der Sohlenplatte (1) am weitesten weg liegenden Seite (3B) des Hauptschenkels (3), der selbst von der freien Kante (1C) der Sohlenplatte (1) am weitesten entfernt ist, wobei die beiden Nebenschenkel (6, 7), die sich in eine Richtung (G1) erstrecken, welche entgegengesetzt ist zu jener (G2), in die sich die Sohlenplatte (1) erstreckt, im wesentlichen die gleiche Breite (L) haben.
- Profil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nebenschenkel (6, 7) aus einem festen, halbsteifen Material, wie einem festen, halbsteifen "PVC" hergestellt sind.
- Profil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nebenschenkel (6, 7) aus einem weichen Material, wie einem weichen "PVC", hergestellt sind.
- Profil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von der Sohlenplatte abgewandten Enden (2A, 3A) der Hauptschenkel (2, 3), die Außenseite (5A) der Verbindungsbrücke (5) und die Außenseite (6A) des von der Sohlenplatte (1) am weitesten weg liegenden Nebenschenkels (6) im wesentlichen koplanar (P) sind.
- Profil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite (L) der Nebenschenkel (6, 7) 0,4-bis 0,6mal so groß wie der die Außenflächen (2B, 3B) der beiden Hauptschenkel (2, 3) trennende Abstand (D) ist, wobei sie vorzugsweise im wesentlichen 0,5mal so groß wie dieser Abstand (D) ist.
- Profil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außerdem eine Verbindungsstruktur (13) in Form eine V, die zwischen die beiden Hauptschenkel (2, 3) eingesetzt ist, diese verbindet.
- Profil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Schenkel (13B) des V der Verbindungsstruktur (13) mit den Mittelteilen der Innenseiten (2C, 3C) der Hauptschenkel (2, 3) verbunden sind.
- Profil nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die V-Struktur (13) mit den Hauptschenkeln (2, 3) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
- Profil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsbrücke (5) in Form eines Trapezes ausgebildet ist, dessen die parallelen Basen (5A, 5C) verbindende Seiten (5B) an Vorsprünge (2D, 3D) angefügt sind, mit denen die Innenseiten (2C, 3C) der Hauptschenkel (2, 3) versehen sind.
- Profil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der freien Kante (1C) der Sohlenplatte (1) nächstliegende Außenseite (2B) des Hauptschenkels (2) über ihre gesamte Länge und Höhe gerillt ist.
- Profil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagesohle (1) Perforierungen (4) aufweist, die jeweils die Form von zwei gleichen Trapezen haben, deren kleine Basen in einer gemeinsamen kleinen Basis (41) vereint sind, wobei diese verschiedenen Perforierungen (4) durch volle Teile voneinander getrennt sind.
- Profil nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die folgenden Abmessungen besitzt:a) die gemeinsame kleine Basis (41) der Trapeze einer Perforierung hat eine Länge (LP41), die größer als die Hälfte der Länge (LG42) einer großen Basis (42) ist;b) die Breite (L4) einer Perforierung (4), die gleich der Summe der Höhen der beiden diese bildenden Trapeze ist, ist 0,5-bis 1mal die Länge (LG42) der großen Basis (42) eines Trapezes;c) die Länge (L43) des die Spitzen (43) von zwei großen Basen (42) der Trapeze zweier aufeinanderfolgender Perforierungen (4) trennenden vollen Teils ist 0,4- bis 0,6mal die Länge (LG42) der großen Basis (42) eines Trapezes.
- Profil nach einem der Ansprüche 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trapeze gleichschenkelige Trapeze sind.
- Profil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite (1B) der Auflagesohle (1) über ihre gesamte Länge und Breite parallele Rillen aufweist.
- Profil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite (1A) der vollen Teile der Auflagesohle (1) über ihre gesamte Länge und Breite parallele Rillen aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Profils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es durch gleichzeitige Extrusion der dieses bildenden Materialien ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Extrusionen in Wärme erfolgen.
