Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum Ausbauchen eines erhabenen Abschnitts (10a) auf einem Blechzuschnitt (10) mittels einer Matrize und eines Stempels, wobei in dem Verfahren auf wenigstens einer örtlich begrenzten Zone A des Blechzuschnitts (10) mit größeren Abmessungen als diejenigen des erhabenen Abschnitts (10a) ein Vorformungsvorgang durchgefuhrt wird, der in einer Herstellung einer Wellung auf einer zwischen dem zukünftigen hohen Abschnitt (10b) des erhabenen Abschnitts (10a) und dem Rand der Zone A gelegenen Zwischenzone B besteht, dann ein Formgebungsvorgang zum Formen des erhabenen Abschnitts (10a) durchgeführt wird, in dessen Verlauf die Wellung der Zwischenzone (B) entfaltet wird und der erhabene Abschnitt (10a) geformt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Verlauf des Vorformungsvorgangs eine Aufeinanderfolge von Wellungen in Treppen (10d), die auf einer gleichen Seite des Blechzuschnitts (10) liegen, hergestellt wird, und im Verlauf des Formgebungsvorgangs nacheinander die Wellungen in Treppen (10d) von der Mitte zum Rand hin entfaltet werden.
  2. Ausbauchungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fläche der vorgeformten örtlich begrenzten Zone im wesentlichen derjenigen der örtlich begrenzten Zone nach der Fertigformung entspricht.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es auf die Herstellung eines Niet von Aufreißdeckeln angewandt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Niet aus einem Blechzuschnitt (10) aus stark hartgeschmiedetem dünnen Eisen geformt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Blechzuschnitt (10) eine Dicke zwischen 0,10 und 0,20 mm hat.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Ausbauchen eines erhabenen Abschnitts (10a) auf einem Blechzuschnitt (10), mit einem Satz aus Matrize (20) und Stempel (25) zur Vorformung und einem Satz aus Matrize (30) und Stempel (35) zur Formgebung, wobei die Matrize (20) und der Stempel (25) zur Vorformung jeweils mit komplementären Prägungen zur Ausbildung einer Wellung auf einer örtlich begrenzten Zone A des Blechzuschnitts (10) mit einer Abmessung, die über derjenigen des zu formenden erhabenen Abschnitts (10a) liegt, versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prägungen des Satzes aus Matrize (20) und Stempel (25) zur Vorformung durch eine Reihe von konzentrischen Vorsprüngen (21a, 21b,... und 26a, 26b,...) und Ausnehmungen (22a, 22b... und 27a,. 27b...) gebildet sind, wobei die Vorsprünge (21a, 21b...) und die Ausnehmungen (22a, 22b...) der Vorformungsmatritze eine von der Mitte zum Rand der Matrize zunehmende Höhe und die Vorsprünge (26a, 26b...) und die Ausnehmungen (27a, 27b...) des Vorformungsstempels (25) eine von der Mitte zum Rand des Stempels hin abnehmende Höhe haben.
  7. Ausbauchungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formgebungsstempel (35) Mittel zur Kontrolle der Querschnittsverminderung des Blechzuschnitts (10) beim Entfalten der Wellungen in Treppen (10d) und der Formgebung des erhabenen Abschnitts (10a) aufweist.
  8. Ausbauchungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Kontrolle der Querschnittsverminderung durch bewegliche Ringe (37) gebildet sind, die beispielsweise durch Federn (38) unter Druck gesetzt werden.
