Claims (10)
- Dispositif d'arrêt, notamment pour l'alimentation en traction de carton ondulé, comprenant des moyens de support (2a, 2b), un premier rouleau (3) entraîné par moteur et supporté par lesdits moyens de support, un second contre-rouleau (18), au moins une surface de butée (19) disposée sous le plan de travail d'une feuille de carton ondulé, et au moins un déclencheur (6), caractérisé en ce que ledit déclencheur (6), à l'une de ses extrémités, est couplé à une extrémité de l'un des moyens de support (2a, 2b), et, à l'autre extrémité, est monté à rotation sur au moins une plaque (12a, 12b), qui est montée à rotation sur lesdits moyens de support (2a, 2b), l'une au moins desdites plaques (12a,12b) étant disposée à proximité du plan de travail d'une feuille de carton ondulé (14) disposée en dessous et venant en butée sur la surface dudit premier rouleau (3) entraîné par moteur, l'une au moins desdites plaques (12a,12b) étant reliée à l'un de ses coins, opposé au coin auquel ledit déclencheur (6) est relié, à un organe de pression (16), ladite plaque (2a, 2b) étant de plus reliée audit second contre-rouleau (18), ledit déclencheur étant apte à être poussé en direction de ladite feuille de carton ondulé, provoquant la mise en contact dudit second contre-rouleau (18) avec ladite feuille de carton ondulé, qui à son tour entre en contact avec ledit premier rouleau (3) entraîné, par moteur, afin d'alimenter la feuille de carton ondulé, et étant apte à être soulevé pour soulever le contre-rouleau (18) et baisser l'organe de pression (16) pour simultanément arrêter et bloquer la feuille de carton ondulé (14), ledit organe de pression (16) pressant ladite feuille de carton ondulé contre l'une des surfaces de butée (19) empêchant l'extraction de ladite feuille.
- Dispositif d'arrêt selon la revendication 1, caractérisé on ce que lesdits moyens de support (2a,2b) comprennent une paire de panneaux (2a, 2b), entre lesquels ledit premier rouleau (3) entraîné par moteur est monté librement à rotation, ledit premier rouleau (3) étant entraîné par un seul moteur ad hoc et apte à entraîner ledit premier rouleau (3) au moyen d'un engrenage (5) engagé sur un premier axe pivotant (4) pour ledit premier rouleau (3) entraîné par moteur.
- Dispositif d'arrêt selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'un au moins des déclencheurs (6) comporte un piston (6) dont le corps (7) est, à une extrémité, monté à rotation sur un bras (8) faisant saillie par rapport à une base support (9) fixée de manière rigide à l'un desdits panneaux (2a, 2b).
- Dispositif d'arrêt selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit piston (6) comporte une tige (10) dont la partie terminale (11) est en forme de U, ladite partie terminale en forme de U (11) recevant l'une au moins des plaques (12a, 12b), ladite plaque étant montée librement à rotation à proximité d'un bord entre les ailes de ladite partie terminale (11).
- Dispositif d'arrêt selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une paire de plaques (12a, 12b), reliées ensemble à un bord inférieur par ledit organe de pression (16).
- Dispositif d'arrêt selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdites plaques (12a, 12b), présentent une forme plane rhomboîdale.
- Dispositif d'arrêt selon les revendications 2 et 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdites plaques (12a, 12b) sont montées à rotation respectivement sur les deux panneaux (2a, 2b), au moyen d'une paire de premiers pivots (15a, 15b), à proximité du coin opposé au coin pivotant de ladite partie terminale (11) de ladite tige (10).
- Dispositif d'arrêt selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites plaques (12a, 12b), disposées adjacentes auxdits panneaux (2a, 2b), présentent un bord périphérique inférieur (13a, 13b) disposé à proximité du plan de travail de ladite feuille de carton ondulé (14) disposée en dessous, qui elle-même repose sur la surface dudit premier rouleau (3) entraîné par moteur.
- Dispositif d'arrêt selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de pression (16) est conformé en pointe de lance, et est dirigé dans la direction opposée à celle de l'enlèvement de ladite feuille de carton ondulé (14).
- Dispositif d'arrêt selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de pression (16) présente une longueur égale ou supérieure à la longueur desdits premier (3) et second (18) rouleaux.
