Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Fliehkraftzerstäuben eines Beschichtungsproduktes mit einem im wesentlichen glockeförmig ausgebildeten, sich drehenden Element (12), das mit einer Innenwand (16) ausgestattet ist, die sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Rotationsachse des sich drehenden Elements zwischen einer Antriebsnabe (15) und der Innenfläche (26) dieser Glocke erstreckt, wobei diese Wand im Inneren der Glocke einen in Aufsprührichtung offenen vorderen Hohlraum (17) und einen die Nabe umschließenden hinteren Hohlraum (18) begrenzt, in welcher Vorrichtung eine Beschichtungsproduktausstoßdüse (20) und eine Reinigungsmittelausstoßdüse (22) in dem hinteren Hohlraum angeordnet sind, die beide auf die Wand gerichtet sind, und in welcher Bohrungen (24) im äußeren Umfang der Wand in der Nähe der Innenfläche (26) angebracht sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand eine ringförmige Aussparung (30) umfaßt, die mit dem hinteren Hohlraum (18) in Verbindung steht, und in der eine Reflexionsfläche (34) ausgebildet ist, um einen Teil eines Flüssigkeitsstrahls zum mittleren Teil der Wand hin abzulenken, und daß die Reinigungsmittelausstoßdüse (22) auf diese Reflexionsfläche (34) gerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reflexionsfläche (34) eine im wesentlichen konkave Fläche ist, deren Austiefung dem hinteren Hohlraum (18) zugewandt ist und deren mittlerer Bereich in dem vorderen Hohlraum (17) mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im wesentlichen konkave Fläche (34) im wesentlichen kegelstumpfförmig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ringförmige Aussparung mit dem hinteren Hohlraum über Löcher (32) verbunden ist, die auf einer Umfangslinie gleichmäßig beabstandet angebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Löcher (32) kegelstumpfförmig sind, wobei ihre Öffnungen mit dem größeren Durchmesser in dem hinteren Hohlraum (18) münden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nabe (15) kegelstumpfförmig ist, wobei deren Durchmesser von hinten nach vorn zunimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Reinigungsmittelausstoßdüse im wesentlichen parallel zur Rotationsachse (x'x) des sich drehenden Elements ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einfallswinkel (A) zwischen der Reinigungsmittelausstoßachse und der Reflexionsfläche 30 bis 60° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der halbe Öffnungswinkel der kegelstumpfförmigen Reflexionsfläche (34) 15° bis 75°, vorzugsweise 30° bis 60°, beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einfallswinkel (A) zwischen der Ausstoßachse der Reinigungsmittelausstoßdüse und der Erzeugenden der Reflexionsfläche am Auftreffpunkt sowie der halbe Öffnungswinkel der kegelstumpfförmigen Reflexionsoberfläche (34) ca. 45° betragen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungsgeschwindigkeit des Reinigungsmittelstrahls 15 bis 50 m/s beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des sich drehenden Elements 6000 U/min bis 60.000 U/min, vorzugsweise mehr als 20.000 U/min, beträgt.
