Claims (4)
- Machine de cintrage pour le roulage cylindrique d'une plaque (43) avec deux rouleaux inférieurs (24, 42) reposant sur des paires de galets d'appui (17, 18, 20, 21) répartis et disposés sur toute la longueur de la machine et avec un rouleau supérieur (15) contre lequel portent plusieurs paires de galets d'appui (13, 14) disposés et répartis de la même façon que les galets d'appui des rouleaux inférieurs dont chacun est fixé sur un bras en forme de C s'étendant vers le haut de bâti à partir des parties de construction portant les galets d'appui des rouleaux inférieurs, l'un au moins des trois rouleaux de mise en forme étant déplaçable dans une direction se trouvant dans un plan perpendiculaire aux axes des rouleaux, caractérisée,- en ce que les bras en forme de C s'étendant vers le haut formant des bâtis (1 à 4) qui sont destinés à résister aux efforts de roulage sont constitués par deux plaques verticales disposées côte à côte et reliées à leurs extrémités supérieures par une plaque frontale (10) et à leurs extrémités inférieures par un cadre (11) de façon que sur la plaque frontale (10) soient montés un support (12) avec une paire de galets (13, 14) destinés à l'appui du rouleau supérieur fixe (15) dans la zone de chaque bâti (1 à 4) et les paires de galets d'appui (17, 18, 20, 21) pour les rouleaux inférieurs (24, 42) supportés par lesdits galets et,- en ce que chacune des paires des galets d'appui des deux rouleaux inférieurs est déplaçable dans une direction qui se trouve dans un plan perpendiculaire aux axes des rouleaux (15a, 24a) en vue de la modification de la distance entre les rouleaux inférieurs et le rouleau supérieur (15) et à savoir l'un des rouleaux inférieurs dans deux directions au moins sensiblement perpendiculaires l'une par rapport à l'autre et l'autre rouleau dans une direction différente des précédentes.
- Machine à cintrer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que tous les rouleaux de cintrage sont équipés à leurs deux extrémités de moteurs hydrauliques ou électriques.
- Machine à cintrer selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement du rouleau supérieur (15) est réalisé de manière à pouvoir être désacouplé et à pouvoir être dégagé par pivotement à l'une des extrémités.
- Installation pour le cintrage cylindrique de plaques de tôle, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est constituée par deux machines à cintrer (50, 51) selon la revendication 1, un dispositif d'amenée (53) pour l'alimentation de plaques de tôle à la première machine (50), un dispositif d'amenée (54) pour le transport des plaques partiellement cintrées de la première machine (50) vers la deuxième machine (51) et un dispositif pour l'évacuation des plaques cintrées en forme de cylindre hors de la deuxième machine.
