caracterisé en ce qu'un barre de traction ( 6 ) est couplé avec le centre du disque ( 5 ) , le bout inférieur de celui est muni avec un trou ( 9 ) et au fond du trou est fixé un coin ( 12 ) , qui agit ensemble avec un deuxieme coin et qui est pénétré par l'arbre ( 11 ) du moteur électrique et selon lequel le deuxieme coin ( 13 ) et l'arbre du moteur electrique ( 11 ) sont prévu d'un ecrou et le deuxieme coin est étayé à un butée(10).
