Abstract

Ein Einsatz für Aktenordner (1) zur Aufnahme von lose einzulegendem Schriftgut (4), insbesondere Telefonbüchern u.dgl.weist zwei Deckelblätter (5,6) auf, die jeweils an ihrem linken Rand (7) mit einer Abheftlochung (8) zur Aufnahme in Heftbügeln oder Heftzungen des Aktenordners versehen sind.Die beiden Deckelblätter (5, 6) sind an ihrem rechten Rand (9) und ihrem unteren Rand (10) durch jeweils ein Halteband (11, 12) miteinander verbunden, das jeweils am hinteren Deckelblatt (5) angebracht und auf der Vorderseite des vorderen Deckelblattes (6) lösbar und verstellbar befestigt ist. Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Einsatz für Aktenordner zur Aufnahme von lose einzulegendem Schriftgut insbesondere Telefonbüchern u.dgl.
  • Aktenordner, die beispielsweise als Stehordner mit einer Bügelmechanik oder als Hängehefter oder Pendelhefter mit Heftzungen ausgeführt sein können, machen es erforderlich, das aufnzunehmende Schriftgut am linken Rand mit einer Abheftlochung zu versehen. Dickere Schriftstücke, beispielsweise Broschüren, können nur mit einem hierfür ausgelegten, entsprechend kräftigen Locher gelocht werden. Statt dessen ist es auch möglich, am hinteren Einbanddeckel der Broschüre eine nach links über den Rücken vorstehende Lasche anzubringen, die die Abheftlochung aufweist.
  • Daneben ist es auch bekannt, loses Schriftgut in Taschen aufzunehmen, die mit einer Abheftlochung versehen sind und in den Aktenordnern abgeheftet werden können. Diese Taschen sind aber in erster Linie zur Aufnahme von losen Einzelblättern, Prospekten und verhältnismäßig dünnen gehefteten Schriftstücken vorgesehen und geeignet. Dickere Broschüren und Bücher können in solchen Taschen nicht aufgenommen werden.
  • In nahezu allen Büros stellt sich das Problem, Telefonbücher und ähnliche Bücher geordnet unterzubringen, die nur dünne Buchdeckel aufweisen und deshalb nicht mit ausreichender Stabilität stehend nebeneinander in ein Regal eingestellt werden können. Üblicherweise werden deshalb Telefonbücher und ähnliches Schriftgut liegend gestapelt aufbewahrt, wobei aber der Zugriff erschwert ist. Eine hängende Aufbewahrung, bei der am Buchrücken ein mit einer besonderen Aufhängemechanik versehener Versteifungsrücken angebracht werden muß, setzt eine verhältnismäßig aufwendige Aufhängeeinrichtung voraus.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, einen Einsatz der genannten Gattung zu schaffen, der es ermöglicht, lose einzulegendes Schriftgut, insbesondere Telefonbücher und ähnliches dickes, aber flexibles Schriftgut in Aktenordnern unterzubringen, bei denen es sich um Stehordner, aber beispielsweise auch um Hängeordner oder Pendelordner handeln kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß zwei Deckelblätter jeweils an ihrem linken Rand mit einer Abheftlochung zur Aufnahme in Heftbügeln oder Heftzungen des Aktenordners versehen sind und daß die beiden Deckelblätter an ihrem rechten Rand und ihrem unteren Rand durch jeweils ein Halteband miteinander verbunden sind, das jeweils am hinteren Deckelblatt angebracht und auf der Vorderseite des vorderen Deckelblatts lösbar und verstellbar befestigt ist.
  • Das aufzunehmende Schriftgut, beispielsweise ein Telefonbuch, kann zwischen die beiden Deckelblätter eingelegt werden, die dann an ihrem rechten Rand und ihrem unteren Rand durch die Haltebänder verbunden werden. Die lösbare und verstellbare Befestigung der Haltebänder am vorderen Deckelblatt ermöglicht es, die beiden Deckelblätter jeweils straff gegeneinanderzuziehen, so daß das dazwischen aufgenommene Schriftgut, bespielsweise ein Telefonbuch, auch bei stehender oder hängender Anordnung des Aktenordners seine Lage beibehält.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgedankens ist vorgesehen, daß jedes Halteband ein Klettband ist, das mit einem auf der Vorderseite des vorderen Deckelblatts angebrachten Klettband-Gegenstück in lösbarer Verbindung steht. Diese Klettbandverbindung bietet in besonders einfacher und platzsparender Weise die Möglichkeit einer lösbaren und stufenlos verstellbaren Verbindung.
  • Wenn das Halteband als Klettband ausgeführt ist, kann die Befestigung des Haltebands am hinteren Deckelblatt in besonders einfacher Weise ebenfalls als Klettbandverbindung ausgeführt werden, indem an der Rückseite des hinteren Deckelblatts ein Klettband-Gegenstück angebracht wird, an dem das Halteband befestigt wird.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Erfindungsgedankens sind Gegenstand weiter Unteransprüche.
  • Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert, das in der Zeichnung dargestellt ist. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 in räumlicher Darstellungsweise einen Aktenordner mit einem Einsatz, der ein Telefonbuch aufnimmt, und
    • Fig. 2 einen vergrößerten Teilschnitt längs der Linie II-II in Fig. 1.
  • Ein Aktenordner 1, der in Fig. 1 nur beispielsweise als Stehordner mit strichpunktierten Linien angedeutet ist, weist eine bekannte Bügelmechanik mit Heftbügeln 2 auf. Ein an den Heftbügeln 2 angebrachter Einsatz 3 zur Aufnahme eines Telefonbuchs 4 weist ein hinteres Deckelblatt 5 und ein vorderes Deckelblatt 6 aus steifem Blattmaterial auf, beispielsweise aus dünnen, biegesteifen Kunststoffblättern.
  • Die Deckelblätter 5, 6 sind jeweils an ihrem linken Rand 7 mit einer Abheftlochung 8 versehen, durch die die Heftbügel 2 greifen.
  • An ihrem rechten Rand 9 und ihrem unteren Rand 10 sind die beiden Deckelblätter 5, 6 durch jeweils ein Halteband 11 bzw. 12 miteinander verbunden. Jedes Halteband 11, 12 ist als Klettband ausgeführt, das mit seinem einen Ende mit einem an der Rückseite des hinteren Deckelblattes 5 angebrachten, beispielsweise angeklebten Klettband-Gegenstück 13 verbunden ist.
  • Das Halteband 11 ist um die rechten Ränder 9 der beiden Deckelblätter 5, 6 straff nach vorn geführt und mit einem an der Vorderseite des vorderen Deckelblattes 6 angebrachten, beispielsweise angeklebten Klettband-Gegenstück 14 verbunden. Die Klettband-Verbindung zwischen dem Halteband 11 und dem Klettband-Gegenstück 14 stellt eine leicht lösbare und stufenlos längenverstellbare Verbindung dar, so daß unterschiedlich dicke Telefonbücher 4 oder ähnliches lose eingelegtes Schriftgut aufgenommen werden kann. In Fig. 2 ist mit strichpunktierten Linien angedeutet, wie das mit dem hinteren Deckelblatt 5 verbundene Halteband 11 nach vorn und auf das vordere Deckelblatt 6 gelegt wird.
  • In gleicher Weise ist das untere Halteband 12 auf der Rückseite des hinteren Deckelblatts 5 mit einem Klettband-Gegenstück 13 verbunden und nach vorn auf die Vorderseite des vorderen Deckelblattes 6 gelegt, wo ebenfalls ein Klettband-Gegenstück 14 angebracht ist.
  • Die Haltebänder 11, 12 halten die beiden Deckelblätter 5, 6 straff zusammen und verhindern, daß das zwischen den Deckelblättern 5, 6 aufgenommene Telefonbuch 4 bei stehender oder hängender Anordnung des Aktenordners 1 herausfallen kann.
  • Zur Entnahme des Telefonbuchs 4 werden nach dem Öffnen des Aktenordners 1 die beiden Haltebänder 11, 12 gelöst. In entsprechender Weise wird das Telefonbuch 4 nach der Benutzung wieder zwischen die beiden Deckelblätter 5, 6 eingelegt, und die Haltebänder 11, 12 werden in der beschriebenen Weise an der Vorderseite des vorderen Deckelblattes 6 befestigt. In dieser Weise können auch mehrere Einsätze 3, die jeweils aus zwei Deckelblättern 5, 6 bestehen, in einem Aktenordner 1 untergebracht werden.

Claims (5)

  1. Einsatz für Aktenordner zur Aufnahme von lose einzulegendem Schriftgut, insbesondere Telefonbüchern u.dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Deckelblätter (5, 6) jeweils an ihrem linken Rand (7) mit einer Abheftlochung (8) zur Aufnahme in Heftbügeln oder Heftzungen des Aktenordners versehen sind, und daß die beiden Deckelblätter (5, 6) an ihrem rechten Rand (9) und ihrem unteren Rand (10) durch jeweils ein Halteband (11, 12) miteinander verbunden sind, das jeweils am hinteren Deckelblatt (5) angebracht und auf der Vorderseite des vorderen Deckelblattes (6) lösbar und verstellbar befestigt ist.
  2. Einsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Halteband (11, 12) ein Klettband ist, das mit einem auf der Vorderseite des vorderen Deckelblattes (6) angebrachten Klettband-Gegenstück (14) in lösbarer Verbindung steht.
  3. Einsatz nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes als Klettband ausgeführte Halteband (11, 12) mit einem auf der Rückseite des hinteren Deckelblattes (5) angebrachten Klettband-Gegenstück (13) verbunden ist.
  4. Einsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere und/oder das vordere Deckelblatt (5 bzw. 6) aus steifem Blattermaterial besteht.
  5. Einsatz nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hintere und/oder das vordere Deckelblatt (5 bzw. 6) jeweils aus einem dünnen, biegesteifen Kunststoffblatt besteht.
