Abstract

Ein Ladenhalter für Fenster- oder Türläden weist einen wandseitigen Anschlag (3) und diesem im Abstand der Ladenstärke gegenüberliegend einen einschwenkbaren Klemmbacken (5) auf. Anschlag (3) und Laden (7) übergreifen einander durch eine formschlüssige Verbindung, etwa durch einen auf den Laden (7) aufgeschraubten Vorsprung (8) in Form einer Leiste, die in eine Ausnehmung (10) in Form einer Längsnut des Anschlages (3) eingreift, sodaß bei arretiertem Laden (7) auch ein Aushängen des Ladens an seinen Bändern verhindert ist. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ladenhalter für Fenster- oder Türläden mit einem randseitigen Anschlag, an den ein geöffneter Laden anlegbar ist und mit einem vor dem geöffneten Laden zu dessen Arretierung einschwenkbaren Klemmbacken od. dgl.
  • Zu den zweifellos am weitesten verbreiteten und auch besonders zuverlässigen Ausführungsformen von Ladenhaltern zählen die an der Fassade etwa in halber Ladenbreite von der Fensteröffnung entfernt montierten Ladenhalter, bei welchen der Laden zwischen zwei Backen, nämlich einem Anschlag und einem einschwenkbaren Klemmbacken, festgehalten ist. Es wurden Verbesserungen getroffen, die eine Anpassung des Ladenhalters an die Ladenstärke ermöglichen und die das Betätigen der Klemmbacken erleichtern. Bekannte Ladenhalter der Bauart mit Anschlag und Klemmbacken sind damit in Drehrichtung des Ladens bestens gesichert. Es hat sich aber gezeigt, daß bei starkem Wind der Laden auch in vertikaler Richtung beansprucht wird. Dies kann dazu führen, daß ein Laden aus seinem Bandzapfen ausgehoben wird und abstürzt.
  • Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, einen Ladenhalter der eingangs beschriebenen Art so auszubilden, daß eine Sicherung auch gegen vertikale Bewegungen gegeben ist. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß zwischen dem Anschlag und dem Laden eine mindestens in Drehachsenrichtung des Ladens formschlüssige Verbindung, vorzugsweise ein über die Ladenfläche hinaus vorspringender, auf den Laden aufschraubbarer Vorsprung und in der Stirnfläche des Anschlages eine Ausnehmung zum Übergreifen des Vorsprungs vorgesehen ist. Das Ineinandergreifen von Anschlag und Laden, einerseits durch einen Vorsprung und anderseits durch eine Ausnehmung verhindert das Aushängen des Ladens, wobei einander Flächen gegenüberstehen, deren Flächenvektoren die Richtung der Drehachse des Ladens aufweisen. Der Vorsprung kann auch eine Stufe untergreifen.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines Ladenhalters an einer Hauswand, Fig. 2 eine alternative Ausführungsform dazu.
  • Von einer Hauswand 1 kragt ein Tragstück 2 aus, das einen axial verstellbaren Anschlag 3 sowie im Abstand einer Ladenstärke einen um eine Achse 4 schwenkbaren Klemmbacken 5 trägt. Der Klemmbacken 5 kann infolge seines Langloches 6, durch welches die Achse 4 greift, angehoben und im Sinne der strichlierten Linie verschwenkt werden. Bei weggeschwenktem Klemmbacken 5 wird der Laden 7 so weit geöffnet, bis er an dem Anschlag 3 anliegt. Sodann wird der Klemmbacken wieder längs der strichlierten Linie, jedoch in Gegenrichtung zu den Pfeilen, in die dargestellte Position gebracht.
  • Der Laden 7 trägt einen Vorsprung 8 in Form einer Leiste (Fig.1), die beispielsweise durch zwei Schrauben 9 befestigt ist. In der Stirnseite des Anschlages 3 ist eine Ausnehmung 10 vorgesehen, die als durchgehende Ausfräsung ausgebildet ist. Vorsprung 8 und Ausnehmung 10 übergreifen einander und stellen in vertikaler Richtung eine formschlüssige Verbindung dar, bei der ein relatives Spiel aus Gründen der einfacheren Montage durchaus zulässig ist. Die einander gegenüberstehenden parallelen Flächen des Vorsprunges 8 und der Ausnehmung 10 verhindertn ein Hochheben des Ladens im Ausmaß des Eingriffes der Bandhülse über den Bandzapfen und damit ein Aushängen des Ladens bei arretiertem Ladenhalter, z. B. infolge von starken Wind.
  • Die formschlüssige Verbindung (Vorsprung 8, Ausnehmung 10) kann durch einen Federschnapper ergänzt sein, dessen Blattfeder im Inneren der Ausnehmung 10 liegt und deren Nase in eine Nut an einer der Flanken des Vorsprunges 8 greift. Dadurch wird der Laden provisorisch festgehalten, bis der Klemmbacken 5 in die dargestellte Position gebracht ist. Die Blattfeder kann auch so in die Ausnehmung 10 eingelegt sein, daß sie den Vorsprung Ω-förmig umgreift und in je eine Nut an den beiden Flanken des Vorsprungs 8 einschnappt.
  • Bei der Ausführungsvariante nach Fig. 2 ist der Vorsprung 11 vorgesehen, der als Überstand eines an der unteren Schmalseite des Ladens 7 montierten Bleches 12 ausgebildet ist. Dieses Blech 12 bildet die Gleitfläche für den Fall, daß der Laden beim Ausschwenken mit dem äußeren einschwenkbaren Klemmteil bzw. seinem Tragstück 14 gleitend in Berührung kommt. Das Blech 12 (Veischleißblech) kann auch rechtwinkelig gegen dem Klemmbacken 5 hochgezogen sein, sodaß derselbe an dem hochgezogenen Blech anliegt (strichliert dargestellt). Der Vorsprung 11 greift bei Fig. 2 unter eine Abstufung 13 des Anschlages 3, wodurch ein Ausheben blockiert ist.

Claims (2)

  1. Ladenhalter für Fenster- oder Türläden mit einem wandseitigen Anschlag an dem ein geöffneter Laden anlegbar ist und mit einem vor dem geöffneten Laden zu dessen Arretierung einschwenkbaren Klemmbacken od. dgl., dadurch gekennnzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Anschlag (3, 11) und dem Laden (7) eine mindestens in Drehachsenrichtung des Ladens (7) formschlüssige Verbindung, vorzugsweise ein die Ladenfläche überragender, auf den Laden aufschraubbarer Vorsprung (8, 11) und in der Stirnfläche des Anschlages (3) eine Ausnehmung (10) zum Übergreifen des Vorsprunges (8), vorgesehen ist.
  2. Ladenhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (11) als Überstand eines an der unteren Schmalseite des Ladens (7) montierten Bleches (12) ausgebildet ist, und daß der Vorsprung (11) in eine Ausnehmung oder unter eine Abstufung (13) des Anschlages (3) greift.
