Claims (2)

  1. Centrifugeuse de séparation à fonctionnement continu, notamment centrifugeuse à sucre, comportant deux tambours centrifuges (1, 2) entraînés, pouvant tourner autour d'un axe vertical (4) et disposés à distance l'un au-dessus de l'autre dans un carter commun (3), un dispositif (6) pour amener un liquide de malaxage étant associé à la collerette d'éjection (5) du tambour centrifuge supérieur (1), cette collerette d'éjection étant suivi d'un dispositif de collecte (7), stationnaire, qui collecte le sucre éjecté, et duquel part au moins une conduite d'évacuation (8) de la masse de sucre malaxée, qui conduit dans un dispositif d'accélération (9) du second tambour centrifuge (2), caractérisée en ce que le tambour centrifuge supérieur (1) présente un diamètre supérieur à celui du tambour centrifuge inférieur (2), et en ce qu'un moteur d'entraînement (10, 11) distinct est prévu pour le tambour supérieur (1) et le tambour inférieur (2), pour permettre un réglage indépendant des vitesses de rotation des deux tambours centrifuges (1, 2), deux conduites d'évacuation (8), décalées angulairement de 180°, étant raccordées au dispositif de collecte (7) associé au tambour centrifuge supérieur (1), et débouchant, par l'intermédiaire d'un raccord d'écoulement commun (8a), de manière centrale, dans le dispositif d'accélération (9) du tambour centrifuge inférieur (2).
  2. Centrifugeuse de séparation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée, pour chacun des tambours centrifuges, par une transmission (12) à courroies trapézoïdales, comportant des poulies à gorges trapézoïdales (13, 14) interchangeables.
