Claims (13)
- Procédé pour la répartition de colis en fonction de l'information d'adresse apposée sur leur surface, chaque colis individuel étant soumis à un balayage optique le long d'une voie de transport, des images de faces partielles des colis étant obtenues, et sur cette base, une information de tri est attribuée à l'information d'adresse évaluée pour la répartition du colis, caractérisé en ce que l'on procède aux opérations suivantes:- on procède au balaye optique de la totalité des faces partielles, la face inférieure du colis étant balayée à travers une fente ménagée dans la voie de transport et au moins une face partielle faisant l'objet d'un balayage grossier,- on obtient des images de toutes les faces partielles,- on détecte si l'image de chaque face partielle contient des informations d'adresse et- si une image contient des informations d'adresse, on effectue une sélection de la face partielle correspondante pour y balayer avec précision une région contenant l'information d'adresse pour lire ladite information d'adresse.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise des images fixes ou en déplacement du balayage grossier.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'image de la surface balayée avec précision est amenée à un dispositif de reconnaissance automatique des signes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les images rejetées par le dispositif de reconnaissance automatique des signes sont amenées à un ou plusieurs appareils de codage vidéo pour y entrer l'information d'adresse exacte.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que pour détecter les images contenant l'information d'adresse, une représentation des images de toutes les faces partielles a lieu simultanément ou successivement sur un ou plusieurs moniteurs.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la sélection se fait par contact du doigt sur un écran tactile, au moyen d'un photostyle sur un écran de détection ou au moyen d'une souris ou similaire.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un code correspondant à l'information de tri est appliqué sur les colis.
- Dispositif de répartition de colis en fonction de l'information d'adresse appliquée sur leur surface, comportant des moyens d'isolement des colis et de balayage optique le long d'une voie de transport, des moyens d'obtention d'images des colis balayés et d'identification et de lecture d'information d'adresse représentée sur les images ainsi que d'affectation d'information de tri pour la répartition des colis vers l'information d'adresse, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu les moyens suivants:- des moyens de balayage optique de la totalité de toutes les faces partielles, en particulier des moyens de balayage à travers une fente ménagée dans la voie de transport ainsi que de balayage grossier d'au moins une face partielle- des moyens d'obtention d'images de toutes les faces partielles, ainsi que- des moyens de balayage de précision d'une région d'une face partielle contenant une information d'adresse et d'obtention d'une image de résolution donnée de cette région.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un ou plusieurs moniteurs pour représenter simultanément des images de toutes les faces partielles.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu six caméras pour le balayage optique de toutes les faces partielles.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une caméra de lignes à haute résolution pour le balayage de la face inférieure des colis.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens de reconnaissance automatique de signes pour l'affectation de codes de répartition aux adresses ou similaires.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 8 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un nombre d'appareils de codage vidéo pour l'affectation de codes de répartition aux adresses ou similaires.
