Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zum Zerstäuben eines konzentrierten flüssigen Produkts über einem Objekt mittels eines Sprühkopfs (1), bei dem das Produkt zu einem ersten Ausgang (13) des Sprühkopfs geführt wird und ein unter Druck stehendes Gas zu einem zweiten Ausgang (9) des Sprühkopfs geführt wird, wobei der erste und zweite Ausgang so angeordnet sind, daß das den ersten Ausgang verlassende Produkt aufgenommen und durch das den zweiten Ausgang verlassende Gas zerstäubt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Produkt mit einem Gehalt an einem aktiven Agens von mindestens 30 Gewichtsprozent als das Produkt verwendet wird und das Gas durch den zweiten Ausgang, der schlitzförmig ist, in einem fächerartigen Sprühmuster ausgesprüht wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Produkt mit einem Gehalt an einem aktiven Agens von mindestens 30 und bis zu 60 Gewichtsprozent als das Produkt verwendet wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gas unter einem Druck zwischen 1,2 und 2 Bar und vorzugsweise zwischen 1,3 und 1,5 Bar zum zweiten Ausgang geführt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt unter Druck zum ersten Ausgang (13) geführt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Detergens als das Produkt verwendet wird und das so gebildete Spray über zu reinigende Küchengeräte gesprüht wird.
  6. Sprühkopf zum Zerstäuben eines konzentrierten flüssigen Produkts mit einem ersten (4) und zweiten (7) Eingang zum Liefern des Produkts bzw. eines unter Druck stehenden Gases, wobei der erste und zweite Eingang durch einen ersten (12) bzw. einen zweiten (11) Kanal mit einem ersten (13) bzw. einem zweiten (9) Ausgang verbunden sind, wobei der erste und zweite Ausgang so angebracht ist, daß das den ersten Ausgang verlassende Produkt aufgenommen und durch das den zweiten Ausgang verlassende Gas zerstäubt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Eingang zum Liefern des Produkts unter Druck vorgesehen ist und daß der zweite Ausgang schlitzförmig ist und zum Sprühen des Gases in einem fächerartigen Muster aus dem Sprühkopf vorgesehen ist, wobei die Ausgangsöffnung des ersten Ausgangs kleiner als 4 mm² ist und der zweite schlitzförmige Ausgang eine Weite von bis zu höchstens 1 mm aufweist.
  7. Sprühkopf nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der schlitzförmige zweite Ausgang (9) eine gewölbte Basis (26) aufweist.
  8. Sprühkopf nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden des schlitzförmigen zweiten Ausgangs (9) in gekrümmten aufrechten Flächen (24, 25) vorgesehen sind.
  9. Sprühkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Kanal (11) in einen dritten Kanal (23) endet, der einen Durchmesser hat, der kleiner als der Durchmesser des zweiten Kanals und größer als die Weite des Schlitzes des zweiten Ausgangs (9) ist.
  10. Sprühkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Ausgang (13) im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu einer Ebene endet, die durch den schlitzförmigen zweiten Ausgang (9) verläuft, wobei ein Tisch (14) zwischen dem ersten (13) und zweiten (3) Ausgang vorgesehen ist, wobei die obere Fläche des Tischs sich im wesentlichen auf derselben Höhe wie der erste Ausgang befindet.
  11. Sprühkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein kleiner Schirm (10) im wesentlichen parallel zu einer Ebene, die durch die schlitzförmige zweite Öffnung (9) verläuft, vorgesehen ist, wobei die obere Fläche des Schirms sich auf einer geringfügig größeren Höhe als die schlitzförmige zweite Öffnung befindet.
  12. sprühkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sprühkopf einen Düsenabschnitt (5) und einen Verbindungsblock (18) aufweist, wobei eine Dichtung (20) nahe des ersten Kanals (12) mit einem kleinen Schlitz (17) versehen und zwischen dem Düsenabschnitt und dem Verbindungsblock angebracht ist.
  13. Verwendung eines Sprühkopfs (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12 in einem Zerstäubungsgerät, wobei das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 mit dem Zerstäubungsgerät anwendbar ist.
  14. Geschirrspülmaschine mit mindestens einer Hauptwaschzone, einer Nachspülzone und einer Trockenzone, wobei die Spülmaschine mit mindestens einem Sprühkopf (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12 versehen ist, wobei der Sprühkopf in der Hauptwaschzone angebracht ist.
