Claims (10)
- Werkzeug zum Anlegen von Heftklammern an zu verbindende Bleche oder Ähnliches, wobei die Klammern umfassen:- einen Schaft (11) mit einer Auflagefläche, die mit der Vorderseite des Stapels der zu verbindenden Bleche in Berührung kommen kann;- mindestens ein längliches Element (14), das durch gegenüberliegende in den Blechen angebrachte Öffnungen verläuft und eine Hakennase (14A) hat, die sich an die Rückseite des Blechstapels anlegen kann; und- einen gegenüber dem Schaft verschiebbaren Mechanismus mit einer Gewindestange (12), die koaxial zum Schaft angeordnet ist und deren eines Ende sich in dem länglichen Teil fortsetzt, und eine Steuermutter (13) des Mechanismus, die an der Stange in der Nähe ihres anderen Endes angebracht ist, wobei eine Druckfeder (15) um die Stange herum zwischen dem Schaft und der Mutter angeordnet ist, und wobei das Werkzeug umfaßt:- eine feststehende zylindrische Hülse (2), die mit dem Schaft (11) der Klammer zur Blockierung während der Umdrehung zusammenwirken kann; und- eine Schraubmuffe (4) in der Hülse, die durch eins ihrer Enden in Drehung versetzt werden kann, während ihr anderes Ende mit der Steuermutter zusammenwirken kann,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkzeug außerdem ein Zwischenkopplungsteil (5) hat, das bei Drehung und bei geradliniger Bewegung einerseits mit der Steuermutter (13) und andererseits mit der Schraubmuffe (4) verbunden werden kann, so daß sich das Zwischenkopplungsteil, wenn die Auflagefläche (11A) des Schafts (11) der Klammer und die Hakennase (14A) des länglichen Elements (14) den Blechstapel berühren, nachdem die Gewindestange (12) durch die Umdrehung der Mutter axial verschoben wurde, allmählich von der drehbaren Schraubmuffe (4) löst, wobei es durch die dann schraubenförmige Bewegung der Mutter (13) gegenüber der Stange (12) einen Weg zurücklegt, der dem vorbestimmten Kompressionsweg der Feder entspricht.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenkopplungsteil (5) beweglich in der Hülse (2) gelagert ist und eine zylindrische Hohlform aufweist. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenkopplungsteil (5) mit der Schraubmuffe (4) durch eine Verbindung in der Art einer formschlüssigen Kupplung verbunden ist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kompressionsweg der Feder (15), der von der an die Bleche anzulegenden Spannkraft abhängig ist, etwa dem Ausrückweg der Verbindung mit formschlüssiger Kupplung zwischen dem Zwischenkopplungsteil (5) und der Schraubmuffe (4) entspricht. - Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung mit formschlüssiger Kupplung bestimmt wird durch mindestens eine diametrale Nut (5A), die in der Endfläche des Kopplungsteils (5) angebracht ist, und durch eine diametrale Feder (4C), die überstehend in der entsprechend Endfläche der Schraubmuffe (4) angebracht ist und in die diametrale Nut des Kopplungsteils eingreifen kann. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenumfang der Feder (4C) und der Innenumfang der Nut (5A) einander ergänzende Trapezformen aufweisen. - Werkzeug nach einem der obigen Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen dem Zwischenkopplungsteil (5) und der Mutter (13) des Steuermechanismus der Klammer durch Eingriff der Mutter in das Ende des Kopplungsteils erfolgt, das seinem anderen mit der Schraubmuffe verbundenen Ende entgegengesetzt ist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsverbindung bestimmt wird durch eine mehrkantige Vertiefung (5D), die im entsprechenden Ende des Kopplungsteils (5) angebracht ist und in die die Mutter (13) von entsprechendem Querschnitt des Steuermechanismus der Klammer eingeführt werden kann. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingriffsverbindung bestimmt wird durch einen Käfig mit gleichmäßig um diesen herum verteilten Rollen (40), der im Kopplungsteil (5) angeordnet und mit diesem verbunden ist und die Steuermutter (13′) umgeben kann, wobei sich die parallel zum Kopplungsteil angeordneten Rollen (43) radial an die Steuermutter (13′) anlegen. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rollenkäfig (40) durch das Kopplungsteil (5) über eine mehrkantige, in demselben angeordnete Vertiefung (5D′) mitgenommen wird, die über ihre Kanten mit den Rollen zusammenwirkt, und dadurch, daß die Rollen insgesamt an ihren mit gegenüberliegenden Flanschen (41) des Käfigs verbundenen Enden (43A) von elastischen Ringen (44) umgeben sind.
