Claims (2)

  1. Dispositif pour l'apport d'encre dans une tête d'écriture à encre, qui comporte une multiplicité de canaux à encre (2) qui se terminent par des ouvertures de sortie, une chambre à encre (3) commune aux canaux à encre (2) et un domaine d'apport d'encre par lequel l'encre parvient dans la chambre à encre (3) depuis un réservoir d'encre, dans lequel les canaux à encre (2) et la chambre à encre (3) sont formés sur un corps de substrat (1) par un processus d'attaque anisotrope, caractérisé en ce que le domaine d'apport d'encre est formé dans le corps de substrat (1) par une structure à canaux (4, 5) située dans deux plans (6, 7), en ce que chaque structure à canaux (4, 5) consiste en une multiplicité de canaux individuels et les canaux individuels (par exemple 4) d'un plan (par exemple 6) sont décalés d'un angle par rapport aux canaux individuels (par exemple 5) de l'autre plan (par exemple 7) et en ce qu'il est prévu au niveau des points de rencontre des canaux individuels (4, 5) des ouvertures (9) qui forment un filtre à encre et par lesquelles se produit en même temps l'apport d'encre dans la chambre à encre (3).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les canaux individuels (4, 5) de la structure à canaux sont formés en même temps que la formation des canaux à encre (2) et de la chambre à encre (3) par un processus d'attaque anisotrope bilatéral sur le corps de substrat (1).
