Claims (7)

  1. Schminkvorrichtung insbesondere für Wimpern und derjenigen Gattung, mit einer durch eine zum Verschliessen eines Behälters (5) geeignete Verschlusskappe (3) getragenen Bürste (1), der geeignet ist, ein Schminkerzeugnis, wie z.B. Mascara zu enthalten und der am Einlass mit einem zwischen zwei Anschlägen (8,9) angeordneten nachgiebigen Element (6) mit Öffnung (7) versehen ist, von denen der eine zur Öffnung (4) hin des Behälters (5) gelegen und durch einen Ring (8) aus hartem Werkstoff gebildet ist und sich radial zur Achse (X-X') des Behälters weiter als der andere zu dem Inneren des Behälters (5) hin gelegenen Anschlag (9) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (8) aus hartem Werkstoff auf der dem nachgiebigen Element (6) zugewandten Seite einen etwa zylindrischen inneren Teil (8a) aufweist, der etwa dem grössten Durchmesser der Bürste (1) entspricht und dem sich auf der der Öffnung (4) des Behälters zugewandten Seite ein etwa kegelstumpfförmiger Teil (8b) anschliesst, während der andere Anschlag (9) durch eine in der Wand (10) des Behälters (5) gebildete ringförmige Schulter gebildet wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen Höhen der vorgenannten Teile (8a, 8b) des Ringes (8) etwa gleich oder grösser als 0,7 Mal den grössten Durchmesser der Bürste (1) sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorgenannte geschmeidige Element (6) durch wenigstens eine entlang wenigstens ihrem Durchmesser geschlitzte nachgiebige kreisförmige Scheibe gebildet wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte nachgiebige kreisförmige Scheibe (6) einer anderen entlang wenigstens ihrem Durchmesser geschlitzten nachgiebigen kreisförmigen Scheibe derart überlagert ist, dass der Schlitz (15) einer Kreisförmige Scheibe orthogonal zu dem Schlitz (15a) der anderen Scheibe ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte nachgiebige kreisförmige Scheibe (6) beiderseits ihres diametralen Schlitzes einen Teil (17) aufweist, der aus härterem oder dickerem oder weniger verformbarem Werkstoff als der übrige Teil (18) der kreisförmigen Scheibe ist, aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorgenannte nachgiebige Element (6) durch wenigstens eine kreisförmige Scheibe mit radialen Teilen (13) und einem ringförmigen Teil (14), die dünner sind als der übrige Teil der kreisförmige Scheibe, gebildet wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorgenannte nachgiebige Element (6) durch eine nachgiebige kreisförmige Scheibe mit sich von der Mittelöffnung (7) der kreisförmigen Scheibe ab erstreckenden radialen Schlitzen (11) gebildet wird, die Sektore abgrenzen, welche gegebenenfalls jeweils mit einer radial verlaufenden und zur Ebene des Sektors, der sie trägt, orthogonal angeordneten Rippe (12) versehen sind.
