Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Einrichten eines Dreischneiders durch Einstellen der Zuführstation (10), der Übergabestation (12) und der Schneidstation (14) auf ein zu beschneidendes Buchformat nach für das jeweilige Buchformat spezifischen Schneidparametern, die in einen Steuerrechner (18) eingegeben werden, wobei statische Einstellmaßnahmen in Einstellpositionen rechnergesteuert automatisch durchgeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch ein Auswerfer (16) auf das zu beschneidende Buchformat eingestellt wird, daß in einem rechnergesteuerten Einrichtungsablauf zuvor ermittelte, für die Einstellung der Schneidparameter optimale Positionen innerhalb einer oder mehrerer Maschinenumlaufphasen gezielt angefahren werden, daß die statische Einstellmaßnahmen in diesen Positionen durchgeführt werden oder daß über eine elektronische Anzeigevorrichtung (28) manuell vorzunehmende Einstellmaßnahmen dargestellt, diese anschließend manuell durchgeführt und nach Durchführung dem Steuerrechner (18) quittiert werden und daß ergänzende dynamische Einstellmaßnahmen im laufenden Betrieb des Dreischneiders vorgenommen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidparameter für ein Buchformat, auf das der Dreischneider einzurichten ist, in einem Dialog mit dem Steuerrechner (18) eingegeben werden und daß der Umfang der anzufahrenden Positionen und der durchzuführenden Einstellmaßnahmen in Abhängigkeit der zuvor eingestellten Schneidparameter vorgenommen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die automatisch durchgeführten Einstellmaßnahmen im Sinne einer Regelung mit einem Sollwert-Istwert-Vergleich vorgenommen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Aufteilung der Einstellmaßnahmen in einerseits rechnergesteuert automatisch durchzuführende und andererseits manuell durchzuführende derart vorgenommen wird, daß die rechnergesteuert automatisch durchzuführenden Einstellmaßnahmen die Maßeinstellung der Übergabestation (12) und der Schneidstation (14) betreffen und die manuell durchzuführenden Eisteilmaßnahmen den Austausch von Maschinenteilen und ergänzende Maßeinstellungen betreffen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die manuell vorgenommenen Einstellmaßnahmen sensorisch überwacht werden und daß ein Anfahren der im Einrichtungsablauf vorgesehenen nächsten Position erst vorgenommen wird, wenn eine Übereinstimmung zwischen Ist- und Sollwert ermittelt wurde.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem vollständigen Einrichtungsablauf folgende Einstellmaßnahmen in folgender Reihenfolge durchgeführt werden:a) Eingabe der Schneidparameter,b) Ausbauen der Formatplatte (74) und der Auswerfer (16),c) Wechseln von Schneidtisch und Messern (82, 84, 86),d) Einstellen von Seitenmessern (82, 84), Kopfanschlag (54) und Buchanschlag (56),e) Einstellen der Buchbreite,f) Einsetzen der Formatplatte (74),g) Justieren der Übergabestation (12),h) Justieren des Buchanschlags (56), Einsetzen und Justieren der Auswerfer (16),i) Einstellen der Formatplatte (74) auf Stapelhöhe,i) Einstellen der Zuführstation (10),k) Vornehmen der Feineinstellungen.
- Vorrichtung zum Einrichten eines Dreischneiders durch Einstellen der Zuführstation (10), der Übergabestation (12) und der Schneidstation (14) des Dreischneiders mittels diesen zugeordneten Stellgliedern auf ein zu beschneidendes Buchformat, wobei motorisch betätigbare Stellglieder (20, 22, 24, 26, 114) vorgegesehen sind, die mit einem Steuerrechner (18) verbunden und durch diesen steuerbar sind, wobei der Steuerrechner (18) mit einer elektronischen Anzeigevorrichtung (28) zur programmgesteuerten Anzeige der Schneidparameter und einer Eingabevorrichtung (30) zur Eingabe der Schneidparameter verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch ein Auswerfer (16) einstellbar ist, daß außer den motorisch betätigbaren Stellgliedern auch manuell betätigbare Stellglieder vorgesehen sind, daß in einem Speicher (32) des Steuerrechners (18) ein Einrichtungsprogramm gespeichert ist, mittels dessen für die Einstellung der Schneidparameter zuvor ermittelte optimale Positionen innerhalb einer oder mehrerer Maschinenumlaufphasen automatisch gezielt angefahren werden können, und daß mit der elektronischen Anzeigevorrichtung (28) des Steuerrechners (18) manuell vorzunehmende Einstellmaßnahmen anzeigbar und mit der Eingabevorrichtung (30) eine Quittierung vorgenommener Einstellmaßnahmen durchführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Speicher (32) des Steuerrechners (18) die zuvor eingestellten Schneidparameter gespeichert sind und daß das Einrichtungsablaufprogramm einen Vergleichsprogrammteil zwischen den eingegebenen Schneidparametern und den zuvor eingestellten Schneidpafametern umfaßt und den Umfang der anzufahrenden Positionen und der durchzuführenden Einstellmaßnahmen in Abhängigkeit der zuvor eingestellten Schneidparameter vornimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zu den Stellgliedern (20, 22, 24, 26, 114) istwertgeber (34, 36, 38, 40, 110) vorgesehen sind, die ebenfalls mit Steuerrechner (18) verbunden sind, und daß das im Speicher (32) des Steuerrechners (18) gespeicherte Einrichtungsablaufprogramm einen Regelungsprogrammteil zur Durchführung eines Sollwert-Istwert-Vergleichs umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellglieder (20, 22, 24, 26, 114) und die zusätzlich vorhandenen Istwertgeber (34, 36, 38, 40, 110) solchen Einstellorganen zugeordnet sind, die die Maßeinstellung der Übergabestation (12) und der Schneidstation (14) vornehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß manuelle Einstellorgane mit Sensoren ausgestattet sind, die mit dem Steuerrechner (18) verbunden sind, und daß das Einrichtungsablaulprogramm einen Vergleichsprogrammteil umfaßt, der ein Anfahren der im Einrichtungsablauf vorgesehenen nächsten Position erst zuläßt, wenn eine Übereinstimmung zwischen ist- und Sollwert ermittelt wurde.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellgliedar (20, 24), die im Betrieb des Dreischneiders stark belasteten Einstellorganen zugeordnet sind, jeweils Stellmotore (42, 44) und Klemmvorrichtungen (46, 48) umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das dem im Betrieb des Dreischneiders stark belasteten Einstellorgan der Übergabestation (12) neben dem ersten Stellglied (20) für die Grundeinstellung ein zweites Stellglied (114) für eine auch im laufenden Betrieb durchführbare Faineinstallung zugeordnet ist und daß die durch das ersten Stallglied (20) vorgenommene Grundeinstellung im laufenden Betrieb durch die Klammvorrichtung (46) fixierbar ist.
