Claims (2)

  1. Procédé pour plier une chemise, notamment une chemise d'homme, à des fins d'emballage en utilisant une couche de renforcement (26) en carton ou analogue, sachant que les empiècements (2) de la chemise sont rabattus sur l'arrière de la chemise le long de lignes de pliage (8, 9) parallèles entre elles, que les manches (3, 4) de la chemise sont posées sur les empiècements rabattus (2) et que les empiècements rabattus (2) sont alors fixés l'un à l'autre à l'aide d'une pince (15) enfilée dans la zone d'un bec (12) formé par ceux-ci, à la suite de quoi une partie (18) de la chemise éloignée du col (5) est posée, avec les rabats qui ont été formés, sur les empiècements rabattus (2) le long d'une ligne de pliage (19) s'étendant transversalement par rapport à l'étendue longitudinale de la chemise et une extrémité d'insertion (20) raccordée à la partie (18) est repliée sur les bords des empiècements (2) et insérée entre les empiècements (2) et le dos de la chemise, sachant qu'une couche de renforcement (26), dont la section horizontale correspond à la section horizontale de la partie (18), est boutonnée sur la rangée de boutons extérieure (21) de la partie rabattue (18), caractérisé en ce que la couche de renforcement (26) présente une extrémité d'insertion (27) qui est insérée entre le dos de la chemise et l'extrémité d'insertion (20) de la partie rabattue (18).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité d'insertion (27) de la couche de renforcement (26) présente une section horizontale telle que ses côtés longitudinaux définissent les lignes de pliage (8, 9) pour les empiècements (10, 11) et son petit côté la ligne de pliage (19) pour la partie rabattue (18), et en ce que l'extrémité d'insertion (27) de la couche de renforcement (26) est posée sur le dos de la chemise avant de replier les empiècements (10, 11).
