Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif pour appliquer de manière voulue des quantités minimales de liquides sur des bandes de matériau en déplacement ou analogues, au moyen d'un rouleau de plaquage (16), tournant dans une cuve de plaquage (12) et pourvu d'un moteur d'entraînement (17),
    dans lequel est prévue une conduite (19) pour amener dans la cuve de plaquage (12) un débit constant prédéterminé du liquide à appliquer,
    un déversoir (13) est prévu pour maintenir constant le niveau de liquide dans la cuve de plaquage (12),
    un récipient à niveau (14) auquel arrive l'écoulement du liquide s'étant déversé hors de la cuve de plaquage (12),
    une pompe (15), recirculant sous un débit constant le liquide issu du récipient à niveau (14) dans la cuve de plaquage (12),
    et une sonde, qui signale à un régulateur de niveau (18) la hauteur du niveau de liquide dans le récipient à niveau (14),
    le régulateur de niveau (18) agissant sur la vitesse de rotation du moteur d'entraînement (17) du rouleau de plaquage (16), dans le sens du maintien constant du niveau de liquide dans le récipient à niveau (14).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient à niveau (14) est réalisé sous forme de récipient creux, avec une surface de base de petite aire.
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans la conduite d'amenée (19), venant d'un récipient de stockage (31) contenant le bain destiné à la cuve de plaquage (12), est disposé un circuit de régulation constitué d'un régulateur de débit (21), d'une soupape de régulation de débit (22) et d'un débitmètre (23), circuit de régulation au moyen duquel la valeur de consigne du débit du bain vers la cuve de plaquage est réglée, valeur de consigne déterminée par un ordinateur (24) en fonction du poids de matériau, de la quantité à appliquer et de la vitesse du matériau.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le récipient de stockage (31) destiné au bain de nourrissage est relié à un dispositif de préparation automatique de bain, pour lequel les composants du bain issus des récipients de stockage (42, 43) ainsi que de l'eau, issue d'une canalisation, sont amenés à un appareil de préparation ou de mélange, au moyen d'une unité de commutation (41), en fonction d'indications venant de sondes de niveau (39, 40) et/ou d'électrovannes (36, 37, 38) commandées par des interrupteurs de temporisation, et mélangés.
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une électrovanne (35), actionnée par une sonde de niveau (32), par l'intermédiaire de l'unité de commutation (41), est disposée à l'endroit de l'évacuation en partie inférieure du récipient de préparation ou de mélange (33), pour effectuer le transfert du bain préparé, du récipient de préparation ou de mélange (33) aux récipients de stockage (31).
