Claims (9)
- Dispositif d'impression d'étiquettes découpées dans une bande (2) dévidée d'un rouleau (1), comprenant un système d'impression réglable et comportant un entraînement commun pour l'avance sans à-coups de la bande (2) et pour l'actionnement d'un dispositif de coupe (22, 23), présentant un premier cliquet (17) mû en va-et-vient, logé de façon excentrée par rapport à l'axe d'entraînement, coopérant avec un tambour (5) entraînant la bande (2) de manière provoquer une rotation pas-à-pas du tambour, et comportant en outre un levier (56) commandé par une came, qui est relié à un couteau mobile (22) du dispositif de coupe, caractérisé en ce qu'un disque (18) entraîné en rotation est prévu, qui effectue à chaque avance une rotation de 180°, sur lequel est fixé de façon excentrée le premier cliquet (17), et qui porte une came (58) pour la commande du levier (56).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (5) entraînant la bande (2) porte, à une face frontale de celui-ci, des picots (16) pouvant entrer en engagement les uns après les autres avec le premier cliquet (17) mû en va-et-vient, de manière à produire une rotation pas-à-pas du tambour (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (5) porte, à sa surface d'enveloppe, des picots (7) destinés à assurer l'entraînement de la bande perforée (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'impression comporte des roues d'impression réglables (24) pouvant être entraînées en rotation par un arbre commun (31), via des accouplements à friction (38, 39), et en ce qu'un deuxième cliquet (33) à commande indépendante est prévu pour chacune des roues d'impression (24), afin d'arrêter la roue d'impression (24) dans une position prédéfinie.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que, pour assurer la commande du deuxième cliquet (33), des capteurs à effet Hall (37) sont prévus, qui détectent la position de la roue d'impression correspondante (24).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les accouplements à friction comportent des disques d'accouplement (38) reliés à l'arbre (31) de façon solidaire en rotation, qui sont mis en appui élastiquement sur les roues d'impression correspondantes (24).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'impression est pourvu d'un ruban encreur (40) enroulé sur deux corps de bobines (41, 42), et en ce qu'un commutateur (53) commandé par l'état de bobinage du ruban encreur (40) est prévu pour déterminer le sens de rotation du système d'entraînement (43) mettant en rotation les corps de bobines (41,42).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un pignon baladeur (47) logé de façon coulissante dans un trou oblong (46), relié au système d'entraînement (43), est prévu, qui peut être amené en engrènement soit avec l'un, soit l'autre des deux corps de bobines (41, 42) en fonction du sens de rotation de l'entraînement (43).
