Abstract

Pour la réparation de circuits imprimés, dans le cas où il n'est pas possible de détacher des composants défectueux (1) de leur support (2) par simple échauffement du point de soudure, on a prévu un dispositif (3 ou 3a). Un burin (4 ou 4a), mobile à l'une de ses extrémités, est monté dans un cylindre (10 ou 10a) et actionnable par un piston pilotable (17 ou 17a). Grâce à ce dispositif simple (3), il est possible également de réparer avec précision des circuits à haute densité de composants, sans endommager les composants voisins ni le support (2).
