Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif d'extraction pour enlever un palier à roulement d'un arbre, comprenant un corps creux (1) traversé axialement par une broche filetée (2) et comportant une douille d'extraction (3) fendue dans le sens axial avec des lames de ressort (9) qui se terminent dans des éléments d'extraction (12) et forment une surface latérale (11) conique contre laquelle est appliqué un cône (16) d'une douille de serrage (13) laquelle est montée de manière tournante et mobile dans le sens axial sur le corps creux (1) et divisée en une douille de compression (14) avec le cône (16) et une douille de réglage (15) qui peut tourner sur le corps creux (1) et est couplée de manière tournante avec la douille de compression (14), caractérisé en ce que la douille de compression (14) et la douille de réglage (15) sont solidarisées l'une avec l'autre dans le sens axial par l'intermédiaire d'au moins deux tocs d'entraînement (20; 27; 28) lesquels sont bloqués les uns par rapport aux autres par des paliers (22 et 23), et que l'un des tocs d'entraînement (20; 28) est couplé de manière rigide en rotation et immobile dans le sens axial avec la douille de réglage (15), alors que l'autre toc d'entraînement (27) est couplé en rotation et de manière immobile dans le sens axial avec la douille de compression (14).
  2. Dispositif d'extraction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le toc d'entraînement (20) associé à la douille de réglage (15) est un disque annulaire qui est monté coaxialement par rapport à l'axe central (A) du corps creux (1).
  3. Dispositif d'extraction selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que de part et d'autre du disque annulaire (20) est monté à chaque fois un palier parmi deux (22 et 23) lesquels paliers comportent chacun une bague de palier extérieure (24 et respectivement 26) dont l'une est appliquée contre le toc d'entraînement (27) associé a la douille de compression (14) et l'autre, contre un épaulement (25) de ladite douille de compression (14).
  4. Dispositif d'extraction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les paliers (22 et 23) sont conformés en butées, par exemple en roulements à aiguilles ou à billes.
  5. Dispositif d'extraction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les paliers sont conformés en paliers lisses.
  6. Dispositif d'extraction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la douille de compression (14) comporte une broche de guidage (30) qui peut coulisser dans une fente de guidage axiale (31) du corps creux (1).
  7. Dispositif d'extraction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps creux (1) se compose de la douille d'extraction (3), d'une tige (4) vissée dans cette dernière et d'un insert fileté (5) vissé dans la tige (4) lequel présente un filetage intérieur (6) pour la tige de guidage (2) munie d'un filetage extérieur (7).
  8. Dispositif d'extraction selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que la fente de guidage (31) est ménagée dans la tige (4), et que la tige (4) présente un filetage extérieur (19) sur lequel est vissée la douille de réglage (15) avec filetage intérieur (18).
