Claims (3)
- Dispositif de passage étanche d'au moins un conducteur (70) à travers la paroi d'un boítier (10) pour relier électriquement un composant électrique (37) dans le boítier à un composant électrique (46) situé à l'extérieur du boítier, le boítier ayant une ouverture (47) susceptible d'être fermée par une pièce d'obturation (51, 58, 158), avec entre la pièce d'obturation et la paroi de boítier (44, 48) qui entoure l'ouverture du boítier, un joint (56, 63, 157, 165) contre lequel la pièce d'obturation est maintenue par une force de fermeture et le conducteur (70) est réalisé en forme de chemin conducteur qui est isolé de manière étanche, et vers l'extérieur en étant relié à un support de chemin conducteur (64, 65, 66, 166, 71, 72), passant entre la pièce de fermeture et le boítier et qui est en contact étroit avec le joint au plus tard en position de fermeture de la pièce d'obturation,
dans lequel
le boítier est le corps d'une pompe d'injection de carburant de type distributrice et son intérieur est rempli de carburant sous pression et la paroi du boítier sépare celui-ci zone dans laquelle règne la pression atmosphérique et le composant électrique (46) situé à l'extérieur du boítier qui est mis en contact avec l'extrémité du conducteur,
le support de chemins conducteurs est réalisé au moins à l'intérieur du boítier sous la forme d'une feuille de support (71, 72, 66, 166) élastique souple en polymide et le chemin conducteur est relié et mis en contact par une extrémité de la feuille de support (66, 166) avec le composant électrique (37) à l'intérieur qui, notamment change de place en fonction de la vitrine de rotation de la pompe d'injection, le composant étant réalisé comme capteur d'angle, la feuille de support comporte un corps de base qui est relié dans la zone d'appui de la pièce de fermeture, à la paroi de boítier, des deux côtés avec un joint, corps de base dont chaque fois un prolongement (166, 72) portant le chemin conducteur (70) arrive à l'intérieur du boítier et en sort prolongement qui déborde du joint moulé vers l'intérieur du boítier et est recourbé vers l'intérieur à l'état moulé, le composant électrique extérieur au boítier étant en contact avec l'extrémité du prolongement en saillie vers l'extérieur. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le corps de base de la feuille de support est annulaire. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1, ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
la feuille de support comporte au moins une branche (71) entourée sur au moins un côté par un joint moulé (157).
