Definitions

  • the invention relates to a packaging for holding and transporting a small object, in particular an office item, such as a writing instrument and the like, consisting of a supporting element made from a blank of cardboard or cardboard, from a fixation holder for the packaged goods from an arrangement arranged on the supporting element, surface-limited coating of an adhesive, such as adhesive adhesive or the like, and a cover that covers the packaged goods and consists of the material of the load-bearing element.
  • packs of a load-bearing element which preferably consists of cardboard or cardboard, and of a plastic hood covering the packaged goods and connected to the load-bearing element are known as a fixation bracket made of transparent, mostly crystal-clear film, the plastic hood in Thermoforming process is made. If the plastic hood follows the contours of the packaged goods to a certain extent without depicting all the details, it is a blister pack.
  • Blister packs of this type are produced in deep-drawing molds using the thermoforming process. It can be shaped both positively and negatively, and the manufacture of positive tools is generally cheaper and easier because they correspond approximately to the original part to be packaged.
  • the plastic hood By means of the plastic hood, which is connected to the supporting base, the packaged goods are enclosed on five sides at approximately the same distance.
  • the supporting base is connected to the plastic hood by sealing, stapling, riveting or the like, a seal connection generally being a sealable coating of the carrier material with a layer suitable for the material of the plastic hood. Since the plastic hood fully encloses the packaged goods, a relatively large amount of plastic film is required for the manufacture of the plastic hood, especially when the packaged goods are larger. Since the blister packs consist of a composite packaging consisting of two different materials and a disposable pack which is destroyed when the packaged goods are removed and, moreover, a large number of packs arise, there are problems with disposal which are complex and costly.
  • a blister pack consists of two different materials that have to be disposed of separately.
  • the blister pack consists of the load-bearing element made of cardboard or cardboard and, on the other hand, from a hood enclosing the packaged goods made of plastic, which leads to the load-bearing elements made of cardboard or cardboard of the blister packs together with paper, cardboard or the like . are to be disposed of, whereas all parts of the blister pack which are made of plastic must be disposed of together with other plastic items for disposal.
  • a package according to the preamble of claims 1, 2 and 3 is known from US-A-3,056,493.
  • This is a pack for Waltzstäbchen, which consists of a load-bearing element made of a paper or cardboard blank with a fixation holder for the packaged goods made of an adhesive, which is applied to the load-bearing element in strips in the form of a strip, and from an upper cover , which is glued to the load-bearing element in the peripheral edge area and corresponds in shape and size to the dimensions of the load-bearing element, and the cover is also larger than this can be.
  • the load-bearing element and the top cover form the packaging.
  • the goods to be packaged are not secured against unauthorized removal of individual pieces of packaging by means of a long, narrow security strip; the top cover must be removed from the load-bearing element in order to remove the packaged goods.
  • a tear thread is worked into the material of the top cover.
  • DE-B-1 124 870 describes a device for the orderly accommodation of knitting machine needles with hook-shaped heads and with hook-shaped bent foot ends, which can also have rectangular elevations.
  • the arrangement of the knitting machine needles lying next to one another takes place on a blank made of a film which is provided with two slot-shaped openings running parallel and at a distance from one another to form a narrow strip of material which merges into the material of the carrier blank on both sides.
  • the knitting machine needles are arranged on the carrier blank in such a way that the narrow strip of material engages over the knitting machine needles, the ends of which are additionally attached to the carrier blank are held by means of a special end region configuration of the carrier blank. Even with this packaging there is no safeguard against unwanted removal of individual knitting machine needles; the individual knitting machine needles can be released from their end supports and pulled away under the strip of material.
  • the fastening of products on a cardboard base is also known from DE-A-2 303 417.
  • the packaged goods are attached by means of an adhesive label which overlaps the packaged goods and is glued to the base with its ends, the label also adhering to the packaged goods due to its adhesive coating and sticking to the packaged goods.
  • This is disadvantageous insofar as the packaging material is exposed to damage due to the adhesive of the label adhering to the packaging material, even if only that an imprint on the packaging material becomes unsightly when the label adhering to it is removed. It is also unavoidable that adhesive residues stick to the packaged goods after the label has been peeled off.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a packaging of the type mentioned, which can be easily disposed of as a one-component packaging, which ensures a sufficient fixation of the packaged goods with vertical sales arrangement of the packaging with the packaged goods and which also secures the packaged goods against theft .
  • a one-component packaging designed according to the invention consists in a first embodiment only of a single material, namely cardboard, cardboard or another suitable material, so that disposal of the packaging is effortless and inexpensive, since the packaging does not have separate parts for disposal due to different materials. Furthermore, the packaging is designed in the manner of the blister pack.
  • the load-bearing element of the packaging is provided with a fixation holder for the packaged goods, this fixation holder consisting of at least one coating made of an adhesive, such as an adhesive adhesive or the like, this coating being a circular surface, a square or rectangular surface or a surface with a other geometrical shape can be formed.
  • the packaged goods, such as a writing instrument are fixed and held on the supporting element by means of this adhesive coating.
  • Adhesives are those which do not damage the packaged goods in any way or attack the material of the packaged goods and which enable the packaged goods to be removed effortlessly from the load-bearing element.
  • the packaging has a long, narrow securing strip connected to the load-bearing element, which overlaps the packaged goods and which is fastened to the load-bearing element by sealing, stitching, riveting, gluing or by inserting it into holding slots.
  • the load-bearing element and the security strip are made of the same materials. Since the security strip is firmly connected to the load-bearing element of the packaging and overlaps the packaged goods fixed to the load-bearing element, the packaged goods are secured against theft insofar as the packaged goods are removed from the load-bearing element only after the safety strip has been destroyed can be.
  • Such damaged packages are noticeable and especially if the security strip is connected to the load-bearing element via a sealing connection and consists of a material that is not so easily destroyed, unauthorized removal of the packaged goods is hardly possible; the security strip can only be destroyed by using aids such as knives or the like, but this is noticeable and is perceived by other people in the event of unauthorized removal.
  • the packaging according to a second embodiment is also a one-component packaging, even if two different materials are used to produce the packaging, namely cardboard, cardboard or the like. for the element carrying the packaged goods and secondly glassine paper for the security strip.
  • both materials are related materials that do not have to be disposed of separately.
  • the packaging designated 100 in FIGS. 1 and 2 for holding and transporting a small object, in particular an office item, such as a writing instrument or the like, consists of a supporting element 10 in the form of a square or rectangular blank 11 made of cardboard, cardboard or another suitable, easy to dispose of material.
  • the blank 11 of the load-bearing element 10 can be in addition to the above specified shapes also have other geometric shapes.
  • the blank 11 is provided with a suspension opening 19.
  • the blank 11 is provided on its surface 11 with an adhesive coating 21, which as a punctiform surface 21 '(Fig.3) or as a strip Surface 21 ⁇ can be formed (Fig.4).
  • the size of the adhesive coating 21 applied to the blank 11 of the supporting element 10 depends on the size of the packaged goods and its weight. It is essential that the packaged product is held on the load-bearing element 10 by means of the adhesive coating, even if the packaging 100 or the like is standing vertically on a sales stand. is hung.
  • Suitable as adhesive coating 21 are all adhesives which do not form a connection with the material of the packaged goods and which enable the packaged goods to be detached from the adhesive coating upon exposure to a slight pull. So-called adhesive adhesives, but also other suitable adhesives or adhesives can also be used as the adhesive coating. It is essential that by means of the adhesive coating applied to the blank 11 the packaged goods are held and fixed on the load-bearing element 10 in such a way that the packaged goods can be easily removed from the load-bearing element 10 without being damaged.
  • the packaging 100 is provided with a security strip 30 securing the packaged goods 50 from an approximately rectangular blank, this security strip 30 transversely to the longitudinal direction of the blank 11 of the load-bearing element 10 runs when the blank 11 has a rectangular shape (FIGS. 1 and 2).
  • This security strip 30 engages over the packaged goods 50 fixed on the supporting element 10 (FIG. 5).
  • the securing strip 30 With its two ends 30a, 30b, the securing strip 30 is firmly connected to the blank 11 of the supporting element 10.
  • the securing strip 30 preferably consists of a tear-resistant material, such as cardboard, cardboard; the securing strip 30 consists of the same material from which the load-bearing element 10 is also made.
  • connection of the security strip 30 to the supporting element 10 is indicated in Fig.2 at 12.12 '.
  • This connection can be made by sealing, stapling, riveting, gluing or inserting into holding slots.
  • slot-shaped openings 14, 14 ′ are formed in the blank 11 of the supporting element 10 in the longitudinal direction of the blank, which are adjacent to the longitudinal edges 11 a, 11 b of the blank.
  • the securing strip 30 has wing-like extensions 30a', 30b 'at its free ends 30a, 30b, the length of which is greater than the length of the slot-shaped openings 14, 14', so that a removal of the securing strip 30 from the supporting element 10 is not possible.
  • the securing strip consists of a tear-resistant material with stiffened end sections 30a, 30b, which cannot be pulled out of the slot-shaped openings 14, 14 'when a pull is applied to the securing strip 30.
  • the securing strip 30 is preferably fastened to the supporting element 10 by means of a Seal connection 13 (Fig. 7). Both the blank 11 of the supporting element 10 and the blank of the securing strip 30 is provided with a sealable coating 13 ', 30'.
  • This type of connection is preferable because the adhesion of the parts sealed together, such as the load-bearing element 10 and the securing strip 30, is so good that it is not possible to separate the two parts, and if so, only with damage to the packaging.
  • FIG. 8 Another possible form of securing the packaged goods 50 on the load-bearing element 10 of the packaging 100 according to FIG. 8 is that the blank 11 of the load-bearing element 10 has two slot-shaped openings 15, 15 which are spaced apart and transverse to the longitudinal direction of the blank 11 'Is provided so that the security strip 30 is formed from the material of the blank 11.
  • the packaged goods 50 is passed through the openings formed by the slit-shaped openings 15, 15 'while at the same time slightly lifting the securing strip 30 in such a way that the packaged goods 50 rests with their upper and lower ends on the blank 11 and fixed thereon by means of the adhesive coating 21 and is held, at the same time the security strip 30 formed from the blank 11 engages over the packaged goods.
  • the securing strip 30 is firmly connected to the blank 11 of the supporting element 10 and that the securing strip 30 can only be removed if the packaging is destroyed at the same time; the packaged goods 50 are fixed and held on the supporting element 10 by means of the provided adhesive coating 21.
  • the length of the securing strip 30 corresponds approximately to the width of the blank 11 of the load-bearing element 10.
  • the width of the securing strip 30 can be chosen as desired and will depend on the length of the packaged goods 50 accommodating the packaging, and there is also the possibility of carrying the load To provide element 10 with more than one security strip 30. There is thus the possibility of using a plurality of security strips 30 which are then attached to the blank 11. In order not to cover the packaged goods, the securing strips 30 should then be narrow in terms of their width in this embodiment.
  • the security strip 30 can simultaneously serve as an advertising medium or to hold an instruction manual.
  • the securing strip 30 can be fastened on the side of the blank 11 on which the packaged goods 50 are held. However, there is also the possibility of making the securing strip 30 longer in relation to the width of the blank 11. In this case, the free ends of the securing strip 30 are bent around the longitudinal edges 11a, 11b of the blank 11 and are preferably attached to the rear of the blank by a sealing connection 13, the sealable coating 13 'then being on the back of the blank 11 and on the underside of the securing strip 30 is provided.
  • the adhesive coating 21 is provided on the blank 11 only in the contact area of the packaged goods 50.
  • the security strip consists of glassine paper, which is a greaseproof, highly transparent, highly satinized, paper that is not waterproof and is made by sharply satinizing wood-free, strongly ground cellulose, which can also be provided with a hydrophobic impregnation.
  • the security strip can also consist of two or more than two pieces of glassine paper 130 ′, 130 ⁇ connected to one another by means of adhesive connections, a woven or knitted fabric 135 made of natural fibers being able to be incorporated between each two layers (FIG. 9).
  • the strip-shaped cuts 130 ′, 130 ⁇ can also consist of paper, cardboard or cardboard.
  • Pargemin paper sealable it is provided with a sealable coating.
