Claims (7)

  1. Poussoir de soupape mécanique agencé dans un alésage de guidage d'une tête de cylindre d'un moteur à combustion interne, lequel poussoir de soupape comprend un boîtier en forme de cuvette comprenant une paroi cylindrique creuse (1) qui est fermée à l'une de ses extrémités par un fond (2) dont la surface extérieure est contactée par une came de commande alors qu'un élément de réglage (5) s'appuie par une première face frontale plane contre la face interne du fond en étant en contact par une seconde face frontale parallèle à la première face frontale avec l'extrémité de la tige d'une soupape de remplacement des gaz, l'élément de réglage (5) étant réalisé sous la forme d'un composant massif ayant une surface périphérique extérieure cylindrique, et il étant agencé à l'intérieur du boîtier en forme de cuvette, un moyeu qui est concentrique à la paroi cylindrique creuse (1) et dont l'alésage correspond, au moins approximativement, au diamètre extérieur de la surface périphérique extérieure de l'élément de réglage (5), caractérisé en ce qu'une fixation de position de l'élément de réglage (5) à l'intérieur du poussoir de soupape est assurée par un élément séparé de fixation à parois minces, c'est-à-dire par un moyeu (3, 4; 11; 16) qui est immobilisé au choix exclusivement par rapport à une surface intérieure de la paroi (1) fermée ou exclusivement par rapport à une surface périphérique extérieure d'une saillie cylindrique (12) qui s'étend en direction axiale à partir d'une face inférieure du fond (2).
  2. Poussoir de soupape selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (3, 4) à l''intérieur du boîtier est formé par un disque (3, 13) à symétrie de révolution qui s'étend en direction radiale et est supporté au moins indirectement sur une face inférieure du fond (2) en s'étendant jusqu'à la paroi (1), ledit disque (3, 13) s'étendant, du côté radialement intérieur, en direction axiale pour former le moyeu (4) (Figures 1 à 4, 7).
  3. Poussoir de soupape selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, en quelques endroits périphériques du moyeu (4) sont formés des bossages (6) qui font saillie vers l'intérieur et qui peuvent également être configurés sous la forme d'un épaulement périphérique (14), et en ce que les bossages (6) ou l'épaulement (14) s'appuient sous une précontrainte élastique contre la surface périphérique extérieure de l'élément de réglage (5) (Figures 2, 4, 7).
  4. Poussoir de soupape selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans la surface périphérique extérieure de l'élément de réglage (5) sont prévus des évidements (9, 15) dans lesquels s'engagent par concordance de forme, les bossages (6) du moyeu (4) ou l'épaulement (14) (Figures 4, 7).
  5. Poussoir de soupape selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, sur une partie de sa longueur, le moyeu (4) est divisé par des fentes longitudinales (7) en des languettes élastiques (8) qui s'appuient sous précontrainte contre la surface périphérique extérieure de l'élément de réglage (5) (Figure 3).
  6. Poussoir de soupape selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la saillie (12) qui s'étend en direction axiale à partir de la face inférieure du fond (2) a une configuration cylindrique massive, et l'élément de fixation est configuré sous la forme d'un composant annulaire (11) qui entoure sous précontrainte, en même temps, la surface périphérique extérieure de l'élément de réglage (5) et la saillie (12) (Figure 6).
  7. Poussoir de soupape selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs ressorts à lames incurvés (16) réalisés en une seule pièce sont répartis sur la périphérie du côté intérieur de la paroi cylindrique creuse (1) pour former l'élément de fixation dont le centre de rotation s'étend le long de l'axe longitudinal du poussoir, lesdits ressorts à lames (16) s'appuyant par leurs extrémités contre la face intérieure de la paroi cylindrique creuse (1) alors que leurs zones intermédiaires sont incurvées vers le centre du poussoir de manière à s'appuyer sous précontrainte élastique contre la surface périphérique extérieure de l'élément de réglage (5) (Figures 8, 9).
