Claims (12)

  1. Emballage pour cigarettes ou analogues, emballées dans une enveloppe intérieure (12) en papier d'étain, papier ou feuille, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie supérieure (15) est réalisée sotis forme de boîte à rabats avec un couvercle rabattable (18) une partie inférieure sous forme de paquet souple et la partie supérieure (15) et la partie inférieure (16) étant reliée ensemble par collage, scellage ou analogue.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure (15) réalisée sous forme de boîte à rabats est en carton mince et la partie inférieure (16) sous forme de paquet souple ou de godet souple est constituée d'un matériau d'emballage mince flexible, en particulier en papier en feuille de plastique ou analogue.
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure (16) est reliée, le long d'une bande de liaison (17) faisant tout le pourtour, à la partie supérieure (15), en face extérieure de celle-ci, en particulier par collage.
  4. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ainsi que l'une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure (15) présente une collerette (19) avec une paroi avant de collerette (20) et des parois latérales de collerette (21), la paroi avant de collerette (20) constituant une face avant de la partie supérieure (15) et la partie inférieure (16) étant directement reliée à la paroi avant de collerette (20).
  5. Emballage selon la revendication 1, ainsi que l'une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure (16) s'étend, au moins dans la zone d'une face avant de l'emballage, jusqu'à un bord inférieur de la boîte à rabats (18), dans sa position de fermeture, de manière qu'un bord inférieur d'une paroi avant de couvercle (19) soit placé directement en regard d'un bord supérieur de la partie inférieure (16).
  6. Emballage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la collerette (19) est reliée d'un seul tenant à un flan destiné à constituer la partie supérieure (15) par l'intermédiare de liaisons résiduelles (40) susceptibles d'être rompues par déchirement de manière que, lors de l'ouverture de l'emballage, les liaisons résiduelles (40) puissent être rompues par séparation.
  7. Emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que des zones de bordure latérale de la paroi avant de collerette sont reliées, par des liaisons résiduelles (40), à des zones de bordure latérale d'une languette intérieure de couvercle (39) qui appuie sur la face intérieure de la paroi avant de couvercle (29) lorsque la partie supérieure (15) ou le couvercle rabattable (18) est plié.
  8. Emballage selon la revendication 6, ainsi que l'une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que, sur la languette intérieure de couvercle (39), est montée une languette pliée (42) qui, lorsque le couvercle rabattable (18) est plié, appuie sur la face intérieure d'une paroi supérieure de couvercle (28) et dont les contours correspondent à ceux d'une découpure (43) ménagée dans la paroi avant de collerette (20).
  9. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ainsi que l'une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure (16) fait partie d'une enveloppe extérieure, entourant en totalité l'emballage y compris la partie supérieure (15) et reliée dans la zone intérieure de la partie supérieure (15), le long de la bande de liaison (17), à la partie supérieur (15), une partie supérieure de l'enveloppe extérieure étant réalisée, dans la zone de la partie supérieure (15), sous forme de capuchon (44) pouvant être enlevé, respectivement déchiré.
  10. Emballage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure de l'enveloppe extérieure peut être séparée de la partie inférieure (16) par une bande de déchirement (45) faisant le pourtour, la bande de déchirement (45) s'étendant au-dessus de la bande de liaison (17) de la partie inférieure (16) avec la partie supérieure (15).
  11. Emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la collerette est reliée, par des liaisons résiduelles (40) disposées des deux côtés de la paroi avant de collerette (20), à des zones latérales correspondantes d'une languette intérieure de couvercle (39) du couvercle rabattable (18).
  12. Emballage selon la revendication 6 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la zone de la paroi avant de collerette (20), du fait d'une découpure d'estampage (41) arquée, est constituée une languette pliée (42), reliée à la languette intérieure de collerette et appuyant sur la face intérieure d'une paroi supérieure de couvercle (28), la découpure d'estampage (41) constituant une ouverture de découpure (43) dans la zone de la paroi avant de collerette (20) et les liaisons résiduelles (40) étant disposées des deux côtés de la découpure (43).
