Abstract

A covulcanizable rubber composition comprising a partially hydrogenated nitrile/conjugated diene copolymer, a chlorinated ethylene/propylene copolymer and a vulcanizing agent. The composition gives a vulcanizate excellent in constant-stretch fatigue resistance and workability in mixing while retaining good heat and oil resistances like a vulcanizate prepared form a partially hydrogenated unsaturated nitrile/conjugated diene copolymer and an ethylene/propylene copolymer.
