Claims (3)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'une large bande laminée à chaud dans un train de laminage, constitué par un train ébaucheur (1) à une ou plusieurs cages et par un train finisseur (2) à plusieurs cages, où sont disposés en amont un décalaminage à haute pression (3) et une cisaille à ébouter (4), et où un four à rouleaux (5) est agencé entre le train ébaucheur et la cisaille à ébouter,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la large bande laminée à chaud provenant de la dernière cage du train ébaucheur (1) est réglée dans le four à rouleaux (5) à une température constante sur toute la longueur de bande, et est maintenue à cette température réglée,
    en ce que la large bande laminée à chaud quitte avec cette température uniforme et constante le four à rouleaux (5) avec une vitesse qui correspond à la vitesse de la passe initiale dans la première cage du train finisseur (2), et
    en ce que pour le maintien d'une température constante pour le laminage final de la large bande laminée à chaud, le train finisseur (2) est entrâiné avec une vitesse de laminage constante, et
    en ce que la large bande laminée à chaud provenant de la dernière cage du train finisseur (2) est refroidie à une température de bobinage constante dans un train de refroidissement (8) agencé en aval, avec des vitesses de refroidissement égales à l'intérieur du train de refroidissement.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le four à rouleaux (5) est chauffé avec du gaz ou avec du gazole.
  3. Procédé selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la large bande laminée à chaud provenant de la dernière cage (1) du train ébaucheur est chauffée dans un train de réchauffement inductif (6), avant qu'elle soit introduite dans le four à rouleaux (5).
